CLH Painting did an excellent job painting the interior of our house and trim. In addition, they repaired our vaulted ceiling and painted the entire two story ceiling and walls. Clay had very affordable prices and was willing to do some extra work that I requested at the last minute. The crew was on time each day and worked quickly and efficiently.

Clay was quick to come out and pressure wash my back deck, and then prompt in scheduling a time to do 2 coats of stain. His team did a great job with the color, 2 coats over 2 days—my deck looks brand new and I’m so excited to sit out and enjoy the spring weather! Highly recommend!

Clay recently pressure washed our entire home exterior, front porch and back patio. What a great job he did! He is professional, friendly, and an expert in this area and we will definitely call them again for future services. Clay was very prompt to respond to my request, and scheduling my power wash. The technician was on time and very courteous. He did a good job with the power wash. We have a few trouble spots which he handled very nicely too.

I hired Clay and his team to paint my kitchen, half bath and kids bonus room after I had a very bad experience with another painting company in the area. We hired CLH Painting to pressure wash our commercial building in Durham that likely had not been cleaned since it was built in 2002. It was pretty amazing to see the colors of the concrete sidewalk, the vinyl siding, and wooden deck all change dramatically. In the case of the deck, the transformation also meant improved safety as the deck had become treacherous on rainy days. Now we don't worry that the employees will slip and fall on their way in and out of work!
Clay was very responsive to my original inquiry into having the facility pressure washed and came out to do an estimate quickly, which is not something I can say for other companies that I tried to get quotes from. Clay was very reasonable and friendly to work with and his estimate for how long the whole project would take was right on the money. I wouldn't hesitate to talk to him about power washing!

Called up Clay and received an estimate the same day. Price was very fair so we scheduled for the next non-rainy day. Clay power washed the 30+ foot ramp on my townhouse that hadn't been power washed in over ten years. It was moldy and slick in lots of places. Clay did a fantastic job on the ramp. Clay was professional, did great work, and charged a very fair price. I had two people comment on how good the power washing looked the very same day it was done. I would absolutely recommend Clay to anyone needing power washing services.

On the day of service he was punctual, professional and the final result was amazing! He was honest about what stains would come out vs those that would not. Promised and delivered! Excellent, excellent service from Clay and his crew!!! They painted the exterior of our home and stained the flooring on our front porch and it looks wonderful! From the initial contact until the final walk around they exceeded our expectations. My house was built in 1958 and has probably been painted only once in the lifetime of the house. Clay took my house from a disaster to a gem! I had a lot of rot, and his crew recognized it, called it out, and replaced it.
Clay was easy to work with and always professional. His team was his own, and everyone knew exactly what to do and what repairs to make. I have had contractors in the past where this was not the case, so I really appreciated how on track everyone was.
I had some other projects that I needed done as well, namely a rotten section of fence to be removed and an old treehouse to tear down. I was really concerned about hiring someone to do those two jobs, and definitely didn't want to handle it myself. I spoke to Clay about it and he got both removed and hauled away and I didn't have to think about them again! It was a huge relief for a very reasonable price, worth every penny. I really appreciated his willingness to do these jobs.
I would most definitely hire Clay and his team again. They performed a top notch job and were professional and easy to work with.

CLH Painting & Power Washing did an excellent job! They came to power wash the house only but after receiving a quote I ended up getting him to also do the drive way, side walks, and back patio for a very reasonable price . I am happy with the work Clay did and I have already requested a quote to have our back deck painted and sealed. I would recommend them!
