I walked into a flooded kitchen coming back from a beach vacation. It was a Sunday night, and I had no idea of what to do. I had kids and dinner to take care of. I called ServPro and they were at my house within a few hours. They removed the wet floorboards and placed a few blowers to take care of the moisture. It was an easy process. They came back to check on the moisture level for a few days and gave me the green light to remove the blowers once they confirmed everything was dry. They made it easy to work with my insurance. Overall great job!

Water pipe broke and flooded 2/3 of dwst condo. Servopro walked me thru getting mitigation started.Isaiah and Victor worked well past midnight to get mitigation going.Jordan and Octavius, Yavel and Faustino also came regularly to check on the fans and dehumidifiers and take readings. Ann always answered my questions and calmed my anxieties. At the core of this was project manager Angie who keep this whole thing going. Visitis were at my convenience but she was always on point with the progression. This is the second time Ive had to use them and will use again when the situation arises.

We came home after being gone for over a week, only to discover that an upstairs toilet supply line had been leaking for a long period while we were gone. It was a Sunday afternoon. Our insurance company sent a ServPro team within hours to start the clean up and drying out treatments. Everyone was reassuring and professional. For two weeks following, we have had the same team, led by Octavius, who was always communicative, thorough and reassuring. Octavius made a very disturbing situation more tolerable. Not only was he thorough in treating the areas that were damaged, but he was empathetic and personable.

After a fire caused significant damage to our home, we turned to SERVPRO for help with the cleanup and rebuilding process. Overall, they did a solid job. The team was professional and showed up when they said they would, which gave us some peace of mind during a really stressful time.
The rebuild quality of the work was good. What really stood out was their warranty service. Issues that happened during and after the warranty was addressed promptly.
I want to give a special shoutout to Eliza, who was always available whenever we had questions or concerns. Her responsiveness, helpful attitude really helped us feel supported throughout the whole process. If you’re dealing with the aftermath of a disaster, SERVPRO is a reliable choice.

I had a water line break at midnight and water began pouring through the dining room ceiling. Servpro answered my call for assistance and helped me through the stages of stopping the leak and the drying process of the ceiling and parquet floor. They were so professional and responsive ...I truly would recommend their services. Austin and Al were the technicians who prepared the room for the drying process and they were just the best...very courteous and efficient !

It is rare when something is done incorrectly and the company acts swiftly and professionally to correct it. Servepro did that with me, chair not cleaned vey well, was picked up in morning, returned that same afternoon looking great. This is a company that stands behind their work. The smell of fire was totally eliminated. I am extremely pleased with their services, Dane was great to work with. When you experience a fire it is such a relief to know you have excellent help to correct the mess. Do not hesitate to use them. Especially if you are a senior citizen and cannot do ladders. The quality of work is excellent.

After having a small flood in our house, ServPro came out soon after we called and began mitigation procedures. John S. / Jason and Tim's team walked us through every step they were taking to dry out our flooring and prevent mold. They were very progressional and helpful. No hesitation to call them again.

We had this emergency, where a water filter we got installed, at some point, had a leak due to a malfunctioning valve, and we noticed water most definitely went under the vinyl flooring we have in the kitchen. We contacted SERVPRO, and everything was very uncomplicated, and explained in a simple, and concrete language. We got the initial appointment, where Mitigation Project Manager Juan came to make the assessment, and through some amazing equipment, determined the flow of the water leak without tearing anything up. He was very clear in his instructions, next steps, and emailing my wife the report, and photos we needed to send to our insurance company very promptly. We set up the crew to come do the tearing of the floor, and do the drying. Jordan, and his crew came and did an excellent job, set up the fans and filters, and also the crew came the day after to check the progress of the drying. It was completely dry, and ready for next step (reconstruction) in two days, since it was not a long term leak. Jordan and his crew did a fabulous job, were very patient, and caring with our cat Hazel, who was very curious during the entire process. We are very grateful, and relieved the process was very easy and smooth. We strongly recommend and thank Servpro, Jordan and his Crew, and Juan for the extraordinary and professional work.

The remediation team from North Raleigh/Wake Forest office was outstanding. They got in touch with me less than an hour after I initially spoke with ServPro. Once here, the Team Lead explained every step of their process. The team works fast, in just a couple hours they checked my hardwoods, joists and insulation in the crawl space, and set up all the drying and dehumidifying equipment. After checking the moisture levels the next day and getting normal readings, they packed up and left me instructions on my next step. Great experience with an awesome, professional team! Highly recommend.

All other services provided by this Serv Pro location were fantastic. The reconstruction project manager and the team for my project has been an absolute nightmare! No follow up. No follow through. No integrity. No promise or commitment kept. No focus or consideration for providing customer service from this PM and team. It truly makes a problem that may be a level 4-5 turn into a level 8-9! While the GM was extremely professional and helpful, his team that actually deals directly with the customer leaves A TON to be desired! This PM has left me hanging more than twice now.

The Demolition team was represented by Randy, Caleb, and Angie was great. Randy and Caleb did an awesome job on day 1 coming out and setting up all of the machines to dry out my attic and stairs. I appreciated them. Angie was the proj mgr and she was on top of every detail.

I would have given the review a 5 for that team but I gave a 4 because when I called today to schedule an appt for reconstruction. The representative Stacy advised that it would be $350 to come out to give an estimate on putting all of the items back that were removed in demolition. Why would you charge a customer that is planning to give you additional business $350 to come to the same house you just left. Absolutely absurd!!

We had an unexpected flood in our commercial building, Josh Buonadonna and his team were onsite within a few hours of calling them and immediately provided support and began to remedy the damage immediately. Josh provided daily updates and reports to our leadership team and did excellent work as they fixed the damage. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with ServPro was poor overall, though it did end on a positive note. We found a pool of water in front of our dishwasher in October of 2024. When we had it replaced, we realized it had been leaking for awhile and mold may be growing. We reached out to our insurance who contracted ServPro on the remediation, and we ultimately hired them to replace our kitchen floor. The biggest challenge was communication. ServPro struggled mightily to name what was happening and when it would happen. Contractors showed up unannounced at the house multiple times. My wife and I both work full-time jobs, so it was frustrating to not know when someone was coming. Some subcontractors did not know the main project manager and were not receiving messages. The whole process took more than 3 months. We have two children with special needs, and having our kitchen be a construction zone for that long was tiring. The work was also of poor quality. They painted the quarter rounds the wrong color and were not close to matching the color of a replacement board on our wood floor. The contract was close to $8,000 to replace 100 sq ft. of kitchen flooring. At that premium price we expected quality service, but what we got was a delays and frustration. At the end, they did not re-install the new dishwasher correctly, which led to more leaking water and threatening to put us right back where we started. They did send someone the next day to install the right parts to connect the dishwasher. All along I was voicing my frustrations and near the end I spent several weeks working it out with an Admin Manager named Gerrod. He listened to our concerns, did not make excuses, and personally finished the job. He gave us $500 off our overall price and we also decided to live with the discolored floor board, as we could no longer take contract workers parading through our house. I am thankful it ended on a positive note, but the whole ordeal was a nightmare and I cannot recommend ServPro in good faith. I hope my experience was an isolated one.

Robert, Jason,Connor, and Brian came out and got right to work. Sanitized the floors and set equipment up to dry out the floors. In and out like pros. Jonathan and Chris came out the next day to check equipment and to make sure everything was going well. All crews were fast and efficient. They explained what was going on and helped us understand the process.

Absolute pros top to bottom. Had to work with a few different Servpro teams (mold remediation; painters; carpenters) and it was all smoothly handled. On top of that, the work looks great!

Servpro was great to work with when we had water damage to our home. We even needed to complete a change order for unforeseen additional work needed by us and the team was great with handling that request as well. Michael and Jose were the two we worked with the most and their crews did great work.
