I reached out to Tri, of Carolina Groutseal, and he was very responsive and great to work with from the beginning. We completed renovations on our home in 2019 and have always had issue with how our tile guys installed our master bathroom shower tile. We had gaps, holes where grout was missing, etc. Tri and his team did an excellent job making our shower tile look as it should have from day one. It looks so beautiful and clean. I wish I would have sealed our grout much sooner, especially with how much tile we have. I'm very pleased with the results and look forward to having Tri come back and do our other bathrooms.

We originally planned on having three bathrooms done but the work was so good, we added two more bathrooms. Clean, excellent work; very impressed.

Tri and Joe were prompt and professional. Made my shower look new again!! I do recommend they use a drop cloth or request homeowner cover floor. There was a lot of grout residue to clean up afterward.

I called Carolina grout seal to repair some shower tiles that had just fallen off of the wall. Tri referred me to a gentleman named Roberto. Roberto suggested that the entire shower needed to be replaced. I agreed and the job was finished in 2 days. During the drying period: everything looked really great. But: when I went to rehang my shower doors: that's when I realized how bad part of the job really was. The doors no longer could be closed on the right side of the shower's wall: due to the new wall being installed with a serious angle. There's a whole entire inch of open space where the door cannot even touch the wall. I had to go out and purchase a shower rod: and shower curtain in order to use the shower. I'm truly disappointed with the workmanship. I won't be using Carolina grout seal anymore.

After posting a 2 star: honest review. I received a rather irate: phone call from Carolina grout seal's owner: Tri himself. I tried to clear up: the reason I posted the original 2 star review on Carolina grout seal's website.

My wife indeed: ask Roberto to sign the back of the certified check's receipt. At that time: my wife asked Roberto who he worked for: and what was the name of his company.
Roberto's response was as follows.
"The name of the company is Carolina grout seal." She didn't understand what Roberto said the first time: due to his heavy Spanish accent. He repeated it once more.
"Carolina grout seal is the name of the company."

I'm quite sure that a lot of Roberto's good work in the past has been responsible for many 5 star reviews that have been posted on behalf of the Carolina grout seal's company without one complaint.

I never once: posted a vindictive or malicious review: only a 2 star: honest one.

Tri communicated very well and was very punctual with everything he did. The work he did was very good and would recommend him to anyone needing grout or seal work done in their house.

Great price and great work. The grout looks brand new. Would use again and recommend to others.

Needed shower caulking and grout repaired, and sealed. Ty was great on the phone and followed up with a visit and estimate. Made an appointment showed up and fixed everything. No surprises. Tile looks brand new and will hopefully stay that for a while. Highly recommend.

From estimate to completion Tri was articulate and knowledgeable. He and Joe showed up at 0900 sharp and were done in 3 hours leaving a shining bathroom and shower and clear written instructions for future care.

Tri restored the tile in our master and guest bathrooms and the tile in our laundry room. We liked the fact that the owner of the business did the actual work. We are pleased with the initial quality of the work and hope that the resealing proves to be durable.

Very professionally removed old grout, placed new and sealed with perfect matching color grout. Large walk-in shower, around tub floor and primary bath in 4 hours $1000. Later Completed 2 other baths one with walk-in shower the other with tub shower . Looks like new.
