I cannot say enough good things about C.A.R.E. Services! Their sense of urgency, customer service, knowledge, and highest standards of quality saved me thousands of dollars and got me right back on my feet in no time after my flood. They were a pleasure to work with during a very stressful period and were extremely reliable. I honestly don't know what i would've done without their assistance. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services- you can trust that you will have an excellent partner to get you thru your situation. Thank you C.A.R.E Services!!!!!!!

After having a pipe burst and the plumbing company fix the leaks, they recommended this company. They must receive some sort of kick back. Someone called me the next day to set up an appointment and never showed. I called an hour after the allotted time and the was told they didn't have me on file. They then called back and said they found my information and would be there with two hours. Still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS!!! The staff is rude and all they want to do is get your homeowners insurance information. I had small water leakage in my 2nd floor bathroom which leaked through the ceiling on the first floor. Roto Rooter referred me to this company. They were more concerned about getting the price over the insurance deductible than doing the work. To get the ceiling dry, they put three quarter size holes in the ceiling, James Edwards talked to me about patching them up. James wanted to charge me well over $500. I said it should not cost that much money to fix three holes, he said "If you know so much, you should fix it yourself." I demanded to talk to the owner. Adam Rosenzweig, the owner, told me they didn't do "half-assed" work and pressured me again to use my homeowners insurance policy rather than finding a fair price for the work. He said I should call a handyman if I wanted something cheap.

Called them on a Sunday evening, they said that they would have someone out first thing monday morning, they showed up about 11. Justin still has not returned my phone call over two weeks ago. Looked at the bill they sent me and about fell over. Charged me for a number of different things that they didn't do. They charged me for hazmat suits full face respirators. My wife was there taking pictures of their guys the whole time. They didn't have anything but jeans and t-shirts on. Still fighting over the bill a month now. House is still not back together. I would never recommend to anyone.

Disappointed. This company was recommended by our dealer to clean a room sized rug as part of the regular Stainmaster warranty process. There was a small coffee spill which we had remediated with the Stainmaster products. They advised they had to take the rug to their shop. When they returned the rug to us after about three weeks, it was not clean and they came back to our home and attempted to spot clean. The back of the run was dirty - almost as though they had laid it out on a floor. The advised us that when they clean the rug, they had to hang it to dry.

The individuals with whom we worked with were very polite and prompt. However, the ultimate service was (a) not good and (b) extremely overpriced.

Since this time, we have obtained referrals directly from the carpet manufacturer - Invista, and have rec'd multiple quotes - all of which about 1/3rd of what we were billed by C.A.R.E. We have selected a company, and they have performed their services in our home. However they agreed that the back of the rug was extremely dirty.

It was probably my error to ask a restoration company to clean an area rug, but at the time, this was based on a recommendation from the dealer. I would not recommend them for area rug cleaning.

Horrible experience. Work not done as quoted/ estimated. Then quoted we’d need hundreds of dollars of more “high intensity” cleaning, which we refused as we’d seen someone spend 45 minutes for > $300 leave every surface still unsanitary and visibly dirty. We did the work ourselves with cloths and scrub brushes in 2 hours. Read the responses from the owner in other reviews- we were similarly gaslit and threatened. Our story is only ours, right? Customer can’t be right if the bills need paying. Go anywhere else.

I had my Anso Nylon carpet cleaned by Colby yesterday. Nobody pressured me into using my homeowners insurance. The carpets look exactly as they should after being cleaned. I spoke to three employees and the owner. Seems like they run a business and not a charity. Also, someone was available or called me back within a few hours if had any questions. Thanks for the great job Colby and Adam.

They originally quoted my mother $450 to basically remove the water and dry out the crawl space underneath her house. She asked how much she was supposed to pay monthly and the lady she spoke with told her there was no set payment as long as she paid something it was acceptable. The work was done in February of 2023. March she paid them $100 then April she paid $50. She has yet to pay this month because she got a statement in the mail saying that they put a lien on her home! Now they are demanding the court fees so now the price is $650. They didn’t even acknowledge the payments she has made! She is going Monday to seek a lawyer for legal advice. She hasn’t missed a payment and her credit which they know they did a credit check is amazing! Please for your families sake do not use this company. They will try to screw you over in every way they can. Highly don’t recommend.

This company is great to work with. They were very helpful and informative. I had a leak that was causing water to come into my closet, apparently it was leaking near the P-trap under my shower and had made a mess. I got a plumber out and called C.A.R.E Services. They informed me of how quickly mold can start to appear and how important it was to start drying it out. We got them out as soon as possible and everyone was great! They made sure I understood everything going on and helped me with the insurance part of it as well. We also had them do the reconstruction part because we were so impressed with them. They do top grade work and they really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. Thanks C.A.R.E Service's!!

It's not a pleasant time when you need restoration services, but if you do, call C.A.R.E Services. Prompt and professional mitigation work was performed to stop further damage caused by a water leak and the subsequent flooring and drywall repairs were exceptional. I am SO happy someone referred me to this company for a carpet cleaning. A different company blew me off and never showed up after I had already removed all my furniture from my living room to have it cleaned. I called Care services, she gave me a price over the phone, and managed to squeeze me in same day when most of the appointments were weeks out. My carpet looks amazing & the guy who came to clean them came on time, was personable and professional. Would highly recommend

I’ve used this company twice now for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and my parents use them too! We love their work, and their customer service is A+. Megan in the office is so sweet and helpful. I just scheduled them to come tomorrow to pickup my 8x10 rug for a deep clean and “pet damage” removal. I already know it’s gonna be an amazing difference. I love this company and recommend them to everyone!

I have used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning for 20+ years. They were recommended by the store where I purchased my Karastan carpet. I’ve always been pleased with their service and the staff is very helpful.

Had a pipe leak in a wall. It was a pinhole leak but went on for seemingly some time, and soaked into the drywall and the hardwood floors. After having a plumber fix the leak I wasn't sure how to handle proceeding with repairs or what would be needed. Adam and his team helped guide us through the full process. They were very upfront about insurance. Originally they explained they would probably recommend not using insurance, because the price for mitigation probably wouldn't be worth the increased premiums that come with a claim. After seeing the hardwood damage and that the whole floor was continuous hardwoods, they changed the recommendation because to fix hardwoords to match properly the whole floor requires refinishing which is true, and raises the cost enough for it to make sense to file claim.

They were upfront with me the entire time about it and also explained all my options and pros and cons insurance, hiring outside reconstruction, and how to maximize the value of the insurance claim to make sure I got all the repairs needed with the lowest impact to my finances. They even explained in a situation where most of the reconstruction cost is a single item like hardwoods. It can make sense to not use them for that and go with a hardwood company who might be able to do it for a better price saving me money from the insurance payout. They were willing to give up the additional business revenue for what was better for me personally. They also handle communication with the insurance company on your behalf which was a huge relief as arguing with adjusters adds additional stress to an already stressful situation.

Adam and team were great, and while I hope to not have to use their services again, but would gladly do so if I had another restoration need.

We had flooding from the rain storms on July 5. Ruairi was very responsive and he was able to quickly fit me into the schedule to assess the damage. He listened patiently to me as I walked him through the situation and asked pertinent questions to ensure he understood things completely. At that point I was handed over to the very capable hands of Carrie. Carrie was very thorough in both the demolition and remediation phases and kept us updated each step of way. Both Ruairi and Carrie were kind, empathetic, communicative and just good people!
