Great communication ahead of the appointment, patiently walked me through pricing and service options, and thoroughly explained everything they did before they left. We got high quality work and suggestions on how to maintain. Would definitely use Voda again!

3 months ago I was unlucky enough to have a fire at my house. However I was lucky when a friend recommended Servpro of Southwest Raleigh for the mitigation and water/smoke cleanup etc. I can’t say enough about how caring and helpful each member of the team was throughout the ordeal. They made me feel safe and were reassuring that my home would be returned to its original state. Still a work in progress, but I appreciate all the kindness extended to me. Thanks All!

Thomas, Mikey, & Dane-Contents team we’re a great team to work with. They arrived on schedule, communicated well, and performed the services contracted. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The team members were pleasant, courteous and efficient. They handled the contents with care.

It took us a while to get our insurance claim on the house done, but when Jay came in and took over everything went smoothly. The work done is great, the back roof replaced and the ceiling in the bedroom was repaired like new.

Had Recon done to my bathroom. Justin Collins and his crew did an excellent job. My bathroom looks like nothing ever happened to it. The guys and women of the crew are very detail oriented and attentive. Would recommend them to any and everyone. Two thumbs up.

I reached out to ServPro when my elderly aunt was in need of help after her home had extensive water damage from a flood. Mike G helped us out and walked us through the entire cleaning/restoration process. He answered all of our questions and was available any time we needed him. Mike was great from start to finish, the team got the job done in a timely manner and were very professional. We felt like we mattered and weren’t just a job to get done quickly. The entire mitigation team was professional prompt, and effective in drying out my home. The packing team members were equally professional and caring. The cleaning crew was thorough and efficient. Carlos was professional, attentive to details, and efficient in resolving issues. Zack, although always extremely busy, found time to respond to my calls, texts, and emails.The mitigation process went smoothly and was accomplished quickly. The reconstruction process took months to start, but went relatively smoothly after the work began.

I want to thank Mr. Hector Zapata for his excellent work in my house. He is a very competent person. I am grateful to him. He is very polite. Thank you very much.

Had general questions of where to even start when mold was discovered in our home that we are renting. The landlord requested a quick move out and we had no idea what to do with furniture/belongings that were affected. Keegan Nelson very kindly answered all my questions and helped direct our next steps to keep ourselves and our belongings safe! Will definitely use them and recommend them if needed again!! Wow! This entire team was amazing! From the initial call with Chris Edwards to the rest of the guys…Mike G, Darryl, Zach, and Shawn…it was professional, friendly, informative, quick, responsive, and the final product was GREAT!

I've had the pleasure of working with both Kelly and Chris and have never met two more passionate business owners. They truly care about the clients that they serve and strive for excellence in their craft. Their communication and attentiveness to project management really sets them apart. I couldn't recommend them more!

Updated: This was previously a one star review with a very detailed description that was somehow taken down. Once I realized it was removed, I then rated one star again, but without a description, which immediately got the attention of a customer satisfaction/relationship specialist member of the team. After speaking to company representatives regarding our experience, I feel as though ServPro took accountability for the lack of communication from certain staff and contractors assigned to our job.

I can say nothing but great things about Warren, Andy, and Carlos for the duration of our job. And big thanks to Dan and Sean for their efforts in hearing us out and making things right, which is why I am updating this review. The final product after mitigation and reconstruction was what we hoped for, but the lack of communication on the administrative side of things really made the overall experience subpar. I greatly appreciated the company reaching out for clarification in hopes to rectify the issues so they do not occur for others moving forward.

The crew was extremely professional, punctual and careful within our home. Everything was explained in great detail on how the process would unfold. Answered any and all questions we had. Thank you Daryl, Quan, Hector and Mike!

Unfortunately we had water damage over the weekend. Servpro was fast to respond and got to us in less than 24hrs on a Sunday! They’ve been great! Daryl, Mike, Quan and Matt have been fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Mike F & Nate did a great job drying and cleaning up my house after a water leak. They were attentive, on time, and easy to communicate with. The team even wore shoe covers inside my home as to not track dirt everywhere.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the service they provided and would recommend their team to anyone who needs it.
