The guys who came out and did the work were very polite and friendly. We had a couple things that were damaged during the work that they did and I had trouble getting in touch with their team lead/direct manager. We then started communicating with Shawn Bradshaw, operations manager who was extremely helpful and stayed in touch with me on a regular basis to ensure that they took care of us. Overall, our experience was good.

I want to say a big and grateful Thank You to Justin C. and his crew for the wonderful work they did to put my home back together. I am so thankful that they took care of all the damage done to the house, as if it was their own home. Thank you for giving me some peace of mind, knowing my home was in good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

This company has been terrible in addressing our situation. We've been trying to work with them for months. Initial work by the mitigation team (shout out to Shawn) was excellent. Very responsive and communicative. Well done. After that it has been a complete disaster (ironic). We have repeatedly tried to contact the remediation team (looking at you Zack eight times - no response/call back or e-mail), and our point of contact Carlos, with absolutely zero progress on our project. Emails and messages have not been returned for months now despite continuing to try to get their help. The kicker? They have already been paid in full by the insurance company for work they NEVER completed. Guess that explains the lack of urgency on their part. They've got their money and have moved on. To me, that's a lack of integrity and commitment to your work and promise. We are looking at our options and have informed the insurance company to reverse payment given the failure to perform any remediation work. Lessons to others....make sure your insurance company does not pay these guys until the work is completed. I'm sure they will try to respond that we are not a client, but we are. Refer to claims ending in 925 and 173 SERVPRO.

We worked with Carlos on this project. He was very easy to work with, attentive to detail and worked until the project was done to our satisfaction. Zach, construction manager, was also helpful as we had a few issues with the tile, but they both worked tirelessly to make sure everything was resolved. The workmanship of Sammie’s team was excellent. We will definitely use this company again.

I appreciate all of the care that my account was handled with. My insurance company was a drag on all important junctions. But workers like Shay, Justin, and Mr. Thomas and his crew were very respectful and supportive as we went through multiple transitions to make this happen. I am thankful for how this team made accommodations for our personal deadlines. 🙌

I’m extremely pleased with the work done by Teagan and Hector. Teagan was very thorough, professional, and polite. I had an upstairs water leak causing ceiling damage. He did an assessment, explained my options, and contacted my insurance adjuster to make sure we were all on the same page. He walked me through each step of the process. Hector and his team came out and did a wonderful job cleaning. Afterwards, they went the extra mile to sweep and mop the areas they worked in. THANK YOU SERVPRO!!!

I’ve come to realize that having the right team beside you to recover from major property damage is critical to the work going well and for my peace of mind.

I returned home from a week of travel and found the ceiling in my entrance way on the floor, and another big hunk of Sheetrock hanging down. The wood flooring was wet and warped. On investigation, I found that the condensate from my furnace had overflowed and caused all the damage.

My son who live nearby came over, and the first call he made was to Servpro, whom he had used when he had damage at his house.

Shawn, Operations Manager at Servpro, arrived that afternoon, with his measuring devices and thoroughly went through the house surveying the damage and measuring the moisture levels. He has been amazing coordinating all the activities to be performed by khis team.

Shawn and Jake (the contents manager) at Servpro came over to meet Danny (Adjuster at Farm Bureau) and they established a great working relationship.

This was a week when the Triangle was inundated by rain, and Servpro was receiving a lot of calls. However, to their credit, they moved on without delay to my work. Jake and his crew moved all the contents out of the way, so the demolition crew can start their work without delay.

Teagan Nelson, Servpros’ Project manager has been excellent keeping the Industrial Hygiene work. Demolition and mitigation work.

Ricky and his crew have been working removing the flooring and preparing for the reconstruction work.

Now a few words about NC Farm Bureau and their representatives. When I noticed the damage, I called Brooks Harrell, my Agent at Farm Bureau. He was extremely helpful, and set in motion their process for assigning an adjuster. Even though it was the weekend he was so responsive. By Monday, Danny was assigned as the adjuster. He met me, my son, and Shawn and Jake from ServPro. I immediately noticed that he was a collaborative team member.

The most impressive quality of everyone mentioned in this review is the prompt and proactive response. I have been so impressed, that I’ve asked ServPro to also manage the reconstruction work. I’m now living I a one bedroom apartment, and am sure this is the team to get me back to the house as soon as possible.

I have no hesitation in recommending ServPro and NC Farm Bureau for reviving from damage to your property.

Hector Zapata was absolutely amazing. Very professional yet great personality. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He definitely knows his stuff. We will absolutely use them again.

Thomas, Tyler and crew did a wonderful job packing up our house as we prepared to get our floors fixed due to a recent water loss. They were careful, efficient and professional. They were also extremely patient with our fridge which gave them quite a hard time fitting through the door.

Carlos and his team were wonderful during the restoration process. They were dedicated, patient, and address all of my needs. My home is beautiful thanks to them. I would recommend them for restoration needs.

Don't recommend if you have a project that needs to be completed quickly. Almost 5 days to have someone come out. They were to provide estimate and to also have someone from their re-construction team come out for an additional estimate. An additional 10 days later and I still don't have any quotes and no one from Construction Team has attempted to schedule. Very disappointed.

I am Director of Operations for a local Tropical Smoothie franchise and I have a location that is next door to the terrible fire that almost completely destroyed the Med Deli in Chapel Hill. I was fortunate not to have any physical damage but we wanted to make sure that, because of the dangers of prolonged smoke inhalation, that we took the proper steps for our team, or guests and the community. Andy Young, Marcus Clinton and Matt Furry answered my call immediately. Matt came out the very next day when the fire department cleared the area and assessed the situation and Andy and Marcus showed up the following morning with equipment to do an Ozone treatment to handle the smell. They were professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable and 24 hours later, my cafe smells like we first opened. There is enough stress worrying about your people and dealing with insurance claims to worry about air quality as well and they took that stress away! I also own a real estate company and I assure you, I will never use anyone else. They are above reproach. Thanks guys!!!
