A water main burst in the ceiling of my restaurant. Ryan and the crew arrived quickly and they immediately got to work clearing out wet materials that could be removed. They set up over 30 fans and dehumidifiers. They kept me updated continuously throughout the process. They worked like a well oiled machine. I was kept in the loop they worked directly with my insurance adjuster and made the process much less stressful than I expected. I rarely give 5 stars for any service but this company totally deserves it.

These are the type of guys you want taking care of any damage to your home! Terrance and Isaiah before leaving they made sure to clean up any mess they may have made, even though they was returning the next day they didn’t leave the property a mess!! That’s grade A service.. Great guys, great company, possibly best water mitigation company

SERVPRO just completed reconstruction on my home with professionalism and quality craftsmanship. Carlos, Dane, Zack, and their teams ensured the process went smoothly from start to finish. Now, I just need to unpack boxes and put my belongings in place. I would highly recommend SERVPRO for anyone with reconstructive needs.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We are currently exploring all of our options for pursing and reporting this company. The communication is non existent. This company charged our insurance for several items not provided. Pack out tried to cancel the day before despite us taking off work. This company sent a non uniformed employee to our home, unannounced at almost 9pm. The ONLY time we have heard from them is when they want us to pay our balance in advance, despite insurance covering our loss. This is our second loss with insurance and their competitor company, EmergeNC was stellar to work with. I regret so badly contacting Servpro. If you want a hassle free experience find any other company. We currently have broken furniture that they were paid over $6K to move. We were supposed to hear about a resolution days ago. Imagine my surprise when we didn’t. The only silver lining to this entire progress was Teagan and Riterug, who seemingly seemed to care. If I were you, I would consider finding a professional company who values their costumers. This review will be updated if we actually get a fair resolution from ServPro.

We had a 5 gallon bucket of paint spring a leak in our garage. It was a shock when my wife found it. I had always seen ServePro advertised so I knew this problem was something I couldn’t handle. I immediately called ServePro of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs and described my problem. They scheduled a cleanup right away. Their work was excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT USE!!! I had tenants flood my upstairs bathroom & being new to area they popped up on search. After guarantees for 2 days the pressure you into forcing their way & pressuring that you need repairs. Once repairs were ongoing/finished we heard nothing and had to reach out multiple times for status. Through this whole process the would not provide any estimates or range - which should have been my exit, but it needed to get done. Cut down to the bill being due, my questions were not answered & they threaten collections. Yes, bill was not paid at the time but Selena from ServPro did not care. The day payment is due we called 3 times and we’re not able to get through the phone kept going dead. We emailed the 5 times with 3 people attached and nothing. Finally I called a cell phone we had in one of the emails and Dena didn’t pickup but then text us 5 mins later asking what we needed. On top of that after getting a few quotes they were more than double of other local contractors! Still waiting on my invoice paid email or any of the emails to be answered. Nothing! Stay away!!

This review is specifically referring to MITIGATION and CONTENTS services. We called ServePro of Raleigh when we returned home to a flooded home. They arrived quickly (after hours) and got to work quickly. While the chaos was overwhelming to us, the ServePro team knew exactly where to begin and worked quickly to get the area contained and begin the dry out process. We then engaged ServePro’s Contents services to move everything from several rooms in our home to storage, which was necessary so that repairs could begin. The Contents team was incredibly efficient during this process and treated all of our belongings carefully and with respect. Communication was excellent throughout mitigation and moving out. Every day they arrived at our home when expected, and worked diligently all day. They answered our dozens of questions clearly, and kept us informed on progress and next steps. I can’t say enough about their care and compassion (realizing we were totally stressed out!) during this time. We would not hesitate to call them again.

I recently dealt with a major water damage situation, and I cannot recommend the team at Servpro enough. Kelly, Nick, Justin, and Derrick (and their entire crew) were absolute professionals from start to finish.
They were incredibly effective at mitigating the damage and—more importantly for my peace of mind—took the time to explain the process clearly so I wasn't left in the dark. They were consistently professional, courteous, and always available whenever I had a random question or concern.
In the middle of a high-stress disaster, they managed to make this part of the journey feel a lot less heavy.
While I would hire this specific Servpro team again in a heartbeat, I sincerely hope to never see their faces at my front door ever again!

Chris was very responsive and delivered everything he promised on the schedule he committed. Three months after completion I contacted him with a question regarding my gutters and Chris not only responded in minutes, he also went out of his way to stop by my house that same day. I highly recommend you give Chris a chance to earn your business, you will be glad you did.

Chris was very responsive and professional. His quote was quick and he is fairly priced. I called several other company for quotes to compare but didn't hear back from most. His communication was very much appreciated and we will be using him in the future.

I had a really good experience. All of the staff and contractors kept in constant communication. They took the extra time to make repairs on the damage my old roof caused and even came back to do touch ups for my satisfaction.
