Nick was great! He arrived on time — even checked to see if I wanted him to come early because he had finished his previous job. He was very thorough and went over the entire area to be cleaned with me to check for stains. He did not rush through the job and paid extra attention to problem areas from my dogs and cat. He was also great at explaining everything he had done and was very conscientious about taking care of my house! I highly recommend!!!
