Everything about this experience was top-notch. I saw an ad in a magazine, got a free quote, and decided to move forward. It was a great decision. I'm so happy with my experience with Carolina Grout Seal. I meet Mr. Tri at a home show in Raleigh and boy am I glad I did. My shower was so embarrassing for me especially when I know how hard I had been cleaning and it would look like I had done nothing. Tri came to my home to do a free consultation and let me know what was going on and why it looked the way it did. I was so sure that he wouldn't be able to make my shower look like anything but he made it look brand new as when my husband and I moved into the home. I thought that I would have to spend thousands of dollars by have the tile redone and I didn't. Mr. Tri saved my husband and I thousands because we were about to do just that, have the shower redone completely. I would definitely use Carolina Grout Seal again and tell any and everybody about them. I'm so super excited and happy of the results that he gave and now I don't have to be embarrassed when I have company over, who would like to use my shower.
