We had a great experience having our three-story home painted. Great workmanship, super responsive, organized, and competitively priced. Our home needed some TLC, and the crew paid attention to the details to make our house look great.

Painting can be messy and chaotic, but they were clean, quick, respectful of my neighbors, and great at communicating timelines.

This was the second time Clay and his employees have been out to power wash our house and deck. We could not be happier or more satisfied with the job he and his team did. He has great response time, competitive rates, and they do a thorough and speedy job. Also, he goes above and beyond. He even came back out to clean my sky lights which I forgot to ask him to do! Could not recommend him more. We have told all of our neighbors and friends about the quality work he does. We can now enjoy our outdoor spaces!

What was supposed to be a three-week renovation turned into a 15-month disaster with ServPro. From start to finish, the experience was filled with delays, miscommunications, and poor workmanship. I was forced to stay in a hotel for five months while my home sat unrepaired and without electricity.

One of the biggest issues was constant employee turnover, leading to repeated delays and miscommunications. A lot of these issues could have been avoided if they had simply created a clear and organized punch list for their crew to follow. Instead, every step of the process was chaotic.

On the last day, ServPro fired the crew due to their poor work, but by then, the damage was done. Almost immediately after moving back home, I noticed buckling floors in the hallway and living room and soft, unstable flooring in the laundry room. When they finally returned to "fix" their mistakes, I expressed urgency and even offered to help with the work myself just to move things along. Despite this, the project was delayed more than a week because the General Manager claimed to have a family emergency—which was later proven to be a lie, as she was actively posting as a social media creator the entire time.

To make matters worse, a sewer pipe burst—something that should have been caught the first time around. Rather than taking responsibility, ServPro tried to cover up their mistakes and acted as if they were doing me favors. The General Manager was unprofessional, manipulative, and dismissive of the stress and trauma this experience caused. Any time I asked about the ongoing flooring issues, I was given no real explanation—just an excuse that "I'm not the expert."

Additionally, their crew broke items, left scuff marks and additional damage, and clearly had no pride in their work. These people are not trustworthy, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting them into my home again.

If you are considering ServPro, I strongly advise against it. What should have been a simple renovation turned into a 15-month disaster. Avoid at all costs.

Gerrod and the Servpro team did a really wonderful job with my house. Their timing was very fast, and their customer service and communication went above and beyond! They updated me every step of the way, and were so easy to work with. I had a mold issue in my home that required mitigation. They demo'd the ceiling and dried out an area that had an issue. They also cleaned and successfully remediated all of the mold. I was in a hurry to have the mold cleared so that my house could go on the market, and their turnaround was fast. No unexpected surprises, and their pricing was very fair! I highly recommend this team for your mitigation and remediation project.

Five stars aren't enough!! Caleb, Nathan and Al are consummate professionals. After a tree fell on our house early Thursday morning they responded very quickly and began the drying out process minimizing the ceiling damage. They were diligent in removing wet insulation and leaves from the tree. They vacuumed the attic floor and carried out all the debris. They came back today to take out the fans and dehumidifier. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. We will recommend Servpro to anyone who needs quick, efficient and professional disaster rescue services.

We had water damage in our kitchen and it took over seven months and four project managers. They took our insurance money and follow up was very difficult. The hardest thing was we used a grill to cook for seven months and had to cancel family members from visiting during thanksgiving and Christmas. Went weeks without any communication and had to beg to get our job completed. We even were threatened that they would stop the job in mid progress unbelievable customer service.

The mitigation side went extreemely well. The crew that came over was professional and very easy to work with. I would give them 5 stars and would absolutely use them again. I was not as happy with the restoration side of things. They were overpriced and kept changing things on me. I felt like they were not being upfront and transparent with me. We ended up not using them for the restoration and had to use a different company.

Great work. Quick response. Very courteous and professional. Not sure if the guys who came on the first night when we had the flood but they were great getting the mitigation started. Then, throughout the process of drying everything, Chris W, Jason, Mike T and Octavious were awesome. Not many companies these days that have the quality of workers and professionals that these guys execute every day, but we are so grateful to them and we highly recommend this company, because of how well they did with this. It was a nightmare to walk in and have the water pouring through our ceilings… but they made it much easier to go through the process of mitigation. Now reconstruction begins!

Working with the mitigation team as well as the reconstruction team was great. Jay Cooper has been a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and communication is impeccable. He kept us posted in each step of the reconstruction process and always followed up with the parties involved in the repair. I truly appreciate him and his team!

I had a pretty bad roof leak and thankfully SERVPRO showed up quickly and began mitigation to get out the wet stuff and dry things out. It's pretty traumatic when it's your first home and you have never had to deal with this before. I want to give a special shoutout to Caleb who helped me a lot by explaining what they were doing, kept me posted as they had to remove more stuff and explained what to expect. He also stayed in touch on schedules so I could work around my work schedule. He gave me a piece of mind and took extra care to cover things up so I didn't have to worry about my animals. I truly felt like I was being cared for, thank you!!!

Our hot water heater failed and flooded the attic and floors underneath. Servpro arrived within 2 hours of my call. Every single team member who arrived was professional, courteous, hard working, thorough, and offered good communication and follow up.

We had a flood in our kitchen and our insurance company recommended Servpro and of course this was at 5 a.m. with a ceiling hanging down and a warped wood floor. What a mess and stressful situation we have been exposed to. 4 project managers, begging them to help after giving them money for months. One persons in the company who threaten us he wouldn't finish working on our kitchen. It took over 7 months to finish our project, we had to cancel both Thanksgiving and Christmas with our family since we use a grill to cook the entire time. Now we have gaps in our wood floor and still work to do. This company is AWFUL only want money and do not care about you or your family. Never hire them to repair anything. The crew they send to dry out our flood is good but then you are left with a MESS! This was the worst and most expensive situation we have ever had and I would recommend not relying on them at all. They only want money and do not care about their customers at all.

ServPro helped with water mitigation work at my home two weeks ago. They did an excellent job, arriving on time, keeping me informed and being extremely courteous and professional as they worked through the issues. Hated the fans in my house for three days but the work was done well :)

SERVPRO was wonderful. The first lady I spoke to was calming and reassuring - and they arrived at our house within 2 hours of my initial call. They acted swiftly and professionally which ultimately resulted in our house drying out fairly quickly. I am thankful for their team but hope we dont have to use them again (respectfully).
