Mr Electric scheduled an appointment with me immediately after reaching out to them. My technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even vacuumed after installing the device l purchased from them... and he used a drop cloth. I am impressed!

Bruce (Mr Electric) arrived on time prepared to start the project. He provided a tarp to cover our hardwood floor and quickly began the project. After 60 mins the project was done. Bruce had cleaned up including taking the items he had to remove in order to do the required work. Everything was done at or above expectations.

Even though I had to reschedule on them, they were able to accommodate me for the next business day. Electrician came out (Daryl - I believe his name was ?) was awesome , easy to talk to, straight to the point and let us know of the issue and how he was able to resolve it, which as a customer, it’s much appreciated. Overall - would recommend Mr. Electric of wake forest, easy, smooth experience from start to end.

Bruce and Jorge did a fantastic job. Not only did they show up early but were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They installed an EV car charger, 2 whole house surge protectors and a transfer panel for my portable generator. Their price was the best of the quotes I received and I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

George was a fantastic electrician. He took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and then to go over what to do if it were to happen again. Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need, I would highly recommend.

I had Mr. Electric install a couple of replacement ceiling light fixtures. Neighborly/Mr Electric provided easy scheduling with prompt turnaround-our service happened the day after scheduling. I don't know if it's always that quick, but it was this time. Dary, our electrician arrived on time, did the job quickly and properly, and provided several tips about avoiding future issues with these kinds of lights. The cost was pretty reasonable compared to other, similar electrical maintenance we've had done here in the past year. I would definitely use Mr Electric again and / or recommend them for household electrical maintenance and repair jobs

Jorge was great. He diagnosed the reason our light didn’t work. Then he got a new light and put it in a different place on the deck. Bravo!

Jorge did an excellent job installing a floor outlet in our living room. The job took less than two hours from start to finish, and was completed at a very reasonable price. Other competitors wanted to charge just to come out for an estimate. We will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for our future electrical needs!

Mr. Electric responded to my estimate request the next day, made a site visit by the end of the week, and put me on their calendar by the following week, all for a total panel replacement. The crew even allowed me to strip old siding from behind the original panel and install a sheet of plywood, prior to installing the new panel. With their help, it went by very quickly. They even traced and labeled every breaker after installing all the new breakers!

I had been serviced by Josh about 3 weeks ago who did a fantastic job resolving my electrical issues. He was informative, patient and took time to explain and educate me on the issue. Not simply coming in to fix the problem and leaving as my experience has been in the past with other companies. I find Mr. Sparky to take extreme pride in making sure customers feel comfortable and confident about who is servicing their home and kept in the loop during the entire repair process. I would highly recommend them(especially Josh). Extremely IMPRESSIVE company and EXTRAORDINARY service.
