Ricky and his team are phenomenal. They’ve done multiple jobs for me (hot tub, electric car charger at home, and large chandelier) - great work every time!!

These guys are the best! They did a great job on a very hard install and we passed inspection on the first try. I would highly recommend M-Power. Jason was awesome!

While the project is not yet completed, so far, I am quite satisfied. There has been good communication in regards to scheduling and time of arrival, good explanations of what to expect and an exceptional effort to minimize any debris or damage which would require any additional repair. Jeremy, my electrician was very personable and forthright.

Jeremy was awesome to work with on the rough in of lights for my built in cabinets. He explained everything and ensured the sites were clean and neat upon departure.

Working with M-Power was a great experience. When we were looking for electricians to install a 240v line for our new built in microwave, they moved quickly to the top of our list for their promptness of responses.

When looking at our project for a quote, Chad was very knowledgeable and upfront about what the work would entail, including potential challenges and how they'd address them if encountered (which they did). Felipe and Sebastian, did very clean work, and carried on the transparent communication. They confirmed with me upfront where they would need to cut into my walls before doing the work, which left me with no surprised, and clean looking walls.

Lastly, but importantly for those reading this, their pricing was very competitive so they're worth reaching out to regardless, but my recommendation is based on the quality of the work.

We just moved into a brand new home. M Power Electric was recommended to us by our custom cabinet maker. They have been to our home 3 times now for different projects. They are always on time, a pleasure to work with and know what they are doing. We will be hiring them in the future to install electricity for external retractable blinds. We had an over all good experience with M-power. Jason Hare took the time to go through multiple quotes re our lighting desires to get it to a price I was comfortable with. He problem shot some issues and looked into some alternative ideas I came up with re smart lighting. Jeremy Aguirre was a real pleasure to work with – he was actually on site for the project. I appreciated Jason, who helped design the project, and Jeremy, who led the on-site work, both met with me prior to initiating the project to make sure we were all on the same page– I have worked with several different companies regarding projects and this has never happened before. Jeremy was easy to communicate with, explained things well, and answered all my questions. He is also bilingual which allowed him to communicate with both myself as well as some seemingly mostly Spanish-speaking people on site. Jason also responded very promptly in the planning phase and followed up during the project. I think the communication is perhaps the most important aspect in any relationship, including professional, and they both communicated very well.

The only downsides were re one of the outlets installed was in a position that, had they asked me more specifically, I would have moved it, but not a big deal and that is a bit on me as well. I didn’t ask them to move it after the fact— I’ll survive. In addition, I did not realize that they would not be patching up the drywall that they cut into and now I have to outsource this work a bit as well, though they helped arrange this and it wasn’t very expensive as an add-on to the end of the project. Not a big deal, but more transparency here— that I would need to likely hire someone or do some significant work on ceiling drywall myself, would’ve been appreciated upfront.

I would work with them again, which I cannot say about many companies. Thanks guys.

Jason came out to give an estimate with good explanation of what is involved in getting a level 2 charger installed, and helped me understand that hardwiring is preferred over the plug in option. The installation done by Jeremy was top notch. He helped to properly install the charger on the wall and cleaned up afterwards. They were good with communication about the inspection process.

I put in for an estimate on Saturday. On Monday, Jorge and Vicente not only arrived five minutes early, they promptly gave me an estimate that I accepted and started on the job. Within 48 hours, I went from looking for a electrician to having two brand spankin new GFI switches by my back patio. I highly recommend Mr Electric!
