Needed a light fixture replaced in our garage so scheduled an appointment after Christmas with Mr. Electric of Wake Forest. Dary and Tom arrived precisely on time and not only replaced the fluorescent light fixture with a brighter LED but happened to notice we had CFL bulbs in our garage light. Upon inspection, the bulbs had left a residue on the socket and potentially could have become a fire hazard. So grateful for their attentiveness. Highly recommend Mr. Electric.

One of the technicians noticed the electrical box on the side of the house was not secured properly and brought it to my attention. I did not realize that was my responsibility. In addition to the job I called them out for, they were able to secure the electrical box the same day. Great experience!

Solid gold A+ outdoor main breaker panel complete rebuild

I had a catastrophic breaker meltdown due to water damage and it destroyed about 1/4 of the lower panel and made the entire thing unsafe at best. Mr. Electric was on the scene to access and recommend next steps lightning fast. They are local engineers who already know the neighborhood and arrived the very next morning early to start the rebuild. wasn't very long - had to demo out the old panel and then install and rebuild the new panel and circuits from scratch. The whole thing was done before noon and looked like museum quality showpiece art. Caulked in and cleaned up - they then carefully walked down all the circuits so that one of the engineers could label all the breakers at the box. I feel safer and the new equipment is installed to an extremely high level of professionalism. It's hard for me to overstate how impressed I am with Bruce, Tom and Dary. You guys have a great shop and I'm so glad I lucked into calling you for this work! Call Wake Forest Mr. Electric first - they are who you want.

Mr. Electric was able to diagnose and fix a serious issue in my home. Bruce took time to examine, explain, and help me understand what repairs needed to be made in my home.

I dealt with another company that did not fix the issue and didn't show when I called them to come back and fix the issue again.

I had a 20 year old ceiling fan that the remote control unit had failed. Jorge braved my attic several times with a replacement unit I had purchased and tried to get it to work. However he was innovative and came up with a much better solution. He was intelligent and very helpful. Very Thankful

I felt that I dealt with professionals immediately when I called up Mr Electric. Amber was great setting up the call and the electrician Matthew, was prompt, courteous, informative, and reliable. He was the third electrician I called, one no show and one whom was not qualified who arrived in a beaten down truck. It is difficult for homeowners to find reliable service these days. I felt could trust Matthew's recommendations and workmanship. Even though I paid more than I planned but the work was done right and with quality. I would recommend Mr Electric to anyone. What a great company!

Easy and fast to book an electrician coming over to our house. Arthur arrived on time, was very professional and provided me with an estimate for the services needed. He explained everything in great detail so we could make an informed decision on the service. His vast knowledge of the electrical systems and suggestions to make things better for my family gave me all the confidence that the work was going to be done completely and correctly which he also did.

Excellent service today! Tom diagnosed a power failure affecting multiple rooms and switches that would not have been possible without his persistence and thoroughness. And when the issue did not immediately reveal itself, Tom walked through different diagnostic approaches with Bruce to consider the best options. We appreciated the Mr. Electric team working together. Once the issue was discovered, a failed wiring connection at one aged switch, the fix was quick. Overall, the value for services rendered was excellent and we would highly recommend their services.

We had an issue with the wiring for a wall switch and overhead light in our older home. Dary visited and was incredibly knowledgeable, worked quickly, and was able to fix the issue. I appreciated his explanations of what was happening and he even offered to put up a temporary light for me which was above and beyond. I’d definitely have him out again for future electrical research/repairs needed.
