I used West Electrical to install some bathroom fixtures. Dominic was the person who did this for me..he was very courteous, friendly and professional. Hung the fixtures and cleaned them too and ensured they were straight. Prior to installing, he asked me to verify where I wanted them which I appreciated a lot. Just all around a positive experience. And I can say I’ve had other employees of West Electrical with this bathroom remodel and they have all been friendly, professional and good at their jobs. A great company.

Not only was he willing to take on this job on short notice, he did so in the most professional way possible. He had to clean up the mess of a previous person’s failed installation as well as install some new complicated wiring. End result was not only the highest quality work but it also looks “custom done” as is his signature.

My wife and I recently bought our first home and were referred to West Electrical Installers through family to replace an outdated main panel outside our home. Knowing nothing about electrical issues and being brand new to homeownership, Jeff and his team (David and Byron) took the time to explain the process and repairs. Even more, the project hit an unexpected complication that required drywall to be removed on the interior of the house. At no cost, they inspected the issue, fixed it and sent a drywall guy out to repair the unexpected holes put in the wall the same day. Every time they came in the house they took their shoes off, put down drop clothes and hand swept after themselves, leaving no trace! As a new homeowner, I couldn’t have been more pleased with their level of professionalism, high value for fair cost, and willingness to diagnose, explain and execute the project to a safe completion, despite unexpected complications!! I’d highly recommended them, thank you!!

I had them wire my shed for electricity and install lighting in the shed. They were on time and did not doddle. The bulk of the work was done on the first day. His team was very respectful also. When they had to come into my home, they would take their shoes off before entering.

I called on Friday and got a return call fast and scheduled for Saturday and Karl came out and was very pleasant and I showed pictures from my HVAC guy told me to get done I showed Karl the pictures of what needed to be fixed on my HVAC unit. Karl went above and beyond rewiring my air hander to be up to code and secured the wire to the shut off breaker was well protected. I will be calling West Electrical for further electrical jobs and would highly recommend them for your Electrical jobs.

Uriah and Jake came in fully knowledgeable about what I needed done. They gave me two options for installing a new outlet and explained everything in detail. They also discovered one outlet was broken and replaced it on the spot. All of my issues were fixed in under two hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood who needs an electrician.

We used West Electrical to hook up a new outlet access for a new tv. The set up of our house is a little tricky, but the team (David and Byron) worked quickly and did a great job! They were very respectful the whole time, and treated our house like it was ours. They did great work!
