Jason H. Pope was prompt and professional. Shawn, an electrician there, did a couple of projects at my house and did great!

They were very quick to respond to my request and sent someone out to look at what we were looking today and gave us an estimate. They were very responsive when I requested a revised estimate and scheduled the work within a few days. I really appreciated the quick responses and outstanding communications.

Oh my goodness! I’m so lucky I got Jason Pope’s call when I needed electrical work! Jason was easy to talk to and ready to help me set up an appointment. Shawn was here on time and did an excellent job repairing my outlets. He was personable and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I had four new outlets and two Ethernet drops installed. Pope quoted a reasonable price, showed up on time for the estimate and the job, and did quality work on the job. A couple of the outlets created some challenges for the electrician, but he calmly worked it through and didn’t complain once about how long it was taking.

The work was done correctly and I’m very happy. Will definitely call them back for the next projects I have in mind!

Austin the technician came within the time window, performed his work expertly, answered all questions, and didn't mind my hanging around (at a distance)!

We had an excellent experience with Pope Electrical. We had several small electrical projects (moving, adding and removing cable hooks ups, outlets, smurf boxes and a dimmer switch). Chris was the electrician who came for the estimate and the actual work. Not only did he do a nice job, he arrived on time, was efficient, cleaned up after himself, and didn’t wear his shoes in the house. He was also very nice and a pleasure to have in our home. We were satisfied with all of the work and the price we paid. We would definitely use this company again for any electrical needs. In fact, a EV charger in the garage is likely in our future. Thank you for the excellent service.

I called them to come out due to 2 rooms in my house had to power to either the outlets nor the lights. They were great about communicating when they were coming out and even let me know ow when the repairman was en route. He completed the work in a efficient manner and was only at the house for roughly 30 minutes. That being said I did think they were a little expensive fir the work that was done. It cost over 300 dollars for him to repair a loose connection. But given the efficiency and the communication I would still probably call them again if the need arose.

Had two service employees out to my home, the 1st to run an outlet in my garage for tankless hot water and the 2nd to install new switches and a box for a ceiling fan. Both employees were knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and had upfront and free estimates! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and Communication from point of contact thru completion of job. Fred was thorough and explained everything very well - will use your company again for future projects - having an electrician who is available, transparent and who we can trust will be invaluable to us

My experience has always been positive- but hey are on time, professional and fair. I would recommend. Power outlets installed for the house exterior - ceiling light installed.

CHRIS AND HIS CO WORKER DID A GOOD.They got here on time did the work and cleaned up any mess left. They put in outlet on ceiling and hung the tv. THAT TV WILL MAKE MY ALMOST 90 YO MOM SOOOO HAPPY!!!

They also hung a pendant light over the sink in kitchen and fixed a switch in kitchen.

Soooo disappointed. Called and made an appointment with Jason. My time came and went. They were supposed to text me when they were on their way. So, I texted Austin and I called Jason....no response. Don't waste your time!

These guys are the real deal. They worked efficiently, were very courteous and did a great job! I am glad I found them by reading their past reviews.

What a great company! Chris and Austin were excellent installing our huge fan and worked well together as a team. I will definitely call this company again for our next electric need!

Top notch! From initial phone call to paying the invoice, these guys were professional, on time, and did a great job at a fair price. I remodel homes and have worked with many electricians in NC and Texas, but this is by far the best experience.

James was the primary tech who both quoted the job and did the work - 2 EV Chargers, and spare circuit for future use. He went above and beyond to make sure wiring was clean, up to code, and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. They will be my first call for any future electrical needs!

Incredible service from Jason Pope Electrical Contractors!

I was seeking an electrician to do a full, smart home sub-panel installation.

1. I called the phone number listed on google and a human picked up! That set things off in the right direction.

2. The scheduling was fast & easy for a free consult so I could meet the actual electrician who would be doing the work. It was important to me that I could have an open discussion with the same electrician who would be doing the actual work. I was seeking info, advice, feedback, options etc and I was not let down.

3. The original consultation was quickly scheduled (within a week), the electrician arrived exactly on time both for the consultation and the work which was also quickly scheduled (within a week).

4. The communication around the consultation and work came in via text and were simple & effective vs overbearing or intrusive. All the other comms were via email and were all clear and accurate.

5. Finally, and most importantly, the outcome was awesome! The work was turn-key, high quality and clean. It was one of the first times the electrician had installed the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel specifically and everything worked perfectly the first time as I watched the breakers turn on and everything was flawless.

Shout out to Fred C. & Matt N. for their professionalism, approachability and quality work product!

Note: Ignore that sub-panel feed coming out of the dry-wall; I'm building a box around all the wires myself.

After 5 other electricians ghosted us, Mr. Carmichael and team promptly come out to give us an estimate and a fair price. We were immediately rescheduled to do the repairs and installation and we were thrilled with the job done. Highly recommend
