We lost power to two of our bedrooms. But in one room we still had working fan and light. We called Tidal for repairs. They gave an appointment quickly and sent Jonathan & Grayson. These two guys were fantastic. Within 5 minutes they figured out the sequence in which the outlets were connected and identified/replaced the faulty outlet all in 10 minutes. We had the power back on and very impressed with Tidal.

Ben and Zachary came to our house yesterday for repair and to change a light fixture. They were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. It's always nice to have such professional and pleasant people, and we give them both the VERY HIGHEST recommendation. I ordered my whole house generator from Canter Power Systems and TIDAL electric services came to do my pre-set and permanent placement of the generator. Mr. Saquan and his partner completed the placement and answered all my questions about my new generator!! they were very professional, courteous, and eager to answer any questions I asked with a caring detail of ensuring I understood the right answers and gave insight and knowledge to help the process be as pleasant as possible. Mr. Saquan and his partner quickly and professionally conducted the preset and delivery of my generator!! Had an emergency situation, and Tidal Electrical worked me in to be seen as soon as possible. Zach, the Technician who came to provide service, was great; very professional and courteous. The Tidal Electrical team just installed a concrete pad and standby generator at my home. Scheduling was easy and efficient, and installers Dana and Alex were highly experienced and professional. They identified the ideal spot for the unit and the resulting installation looked great. My yard has a slope that's challenging for heavy equipment, but they took it all in stride. Highly recommended.

Called mid day Thursday evening with a melting circuit breaker issue. Tech dispatched before business day ended who diagnosed and provided a temporary solution. Recommendation from Zach was clearly explained and a fair upfront cost presented.

Zach and Don arrived early Friday morning with all parts needed and quickly replaced the entire indoor circuit box in just a few hours. Both electricians presented themselves well and were very polite. Will recommend Tidal for any electrical needs.

We are renovating our house and had 22 recess lights and three ceiling fans installed and two ceiling fans replaced in just two days. The quote we received was thousands of dollars cheaper than all the other ones we received, and Tidal allowed us to purchase our own fixtures, which none of the other companies would do. Jonathan and Grayson were our electricians, and they could not have been more courteous, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I would 100% recommend Tidal!

After we discovered 120-volt aluminum branch wiring throughout much of our 1968 house, we hired Tidal Electrical Services to install AlumiConn devices. After Armando and Robert spent a week at our house retrofitting our outlets, receptacles, and junction boxes, we can rest easy knowing our house is safe and insurable for us, and ready for the next owners, whenever that may be. Jonathan, our estimator, thoroughly explained the work beforehand and gave us a complete and accurate estimate. Armando and Robert, our electricians, were prompt, professional, friendly, hard working, and thorough. The company provided us with a letter for our insurance company and arranged for the permit and city inspection. Overall, we had great communication throughout the process, excellent service, and prompt follow-up to make sure we were happy with the project. We highly recommend Tidal for any electrical job.

Tidal came out per my warranty with duke energy. From the call to set the appointment, to the guys fixing everything, everyone was some of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with. 110% recommend them. Very polite, very punctual, and happy to be working. Will be calling them for any future needs 100%

Based on their google reviews, I reached out to them and had them come to my home for an estimate for some electric work I am looking to get done. Then they ghosted me. I followed up 4-5 times over the next 2-3 weeks and they kept saying they are still putting together an estimate. I don't understand why businesses string you along and can't be upfront if they don't have bandwidth to take on your project. It doesn't take much to be clear, it's unprofessional and I wouldn't have to wait nearly a month to compare quotes from other vendors.

I had to follow up three times with them before finally getting my EV charger install quote. And the quote turned out to be exorbitant and feels like a scam. 5.5k! Keeping in mind my charger needs to be installed near my driveway on the opposite side of my (small) home from the circuit breaker, I expect it to be higher than average (trenching and length of conduits) but nowhere near that expensive. They said they want to put in an entire new electrical panel in the quote, but that was not mentioned when they came to scope it out and the last contractor (different company) who gave me a quote didn’t say that was necessary. The quote is about double what my last contractor quoted.

These folks are fast and focused fantastic professionals! My two electricians, Charlie and Casey arrived about an hour and a half early! They calmly listened as I explained the problem and they had two possible diagnoses right away. Then, while diagnosing the problem, they found another problem I had with an improper braker connection, and fixed that. Finally, after I asked them about a problem I was having with a light fixture, they talked me through the situation, helped me choose the best option, and then they fixed it on site. I am thanking God that I have Duke Homewire coverage, and that a solid company like Tidal is on the contract!
Ben and Bradley not only did a great job, but they kept my family safe! While trouble shooting a partial power outage, they found a live wire on the ground behind an old building where my children sometimes play. They clearly and kindly explained the hazard, fixed the hardware, and got my power back up and running. Two great guys who gave great advice and did great work!

I worked with Tidal electric for my full house generator installation. The team showed up on time, was super courteous and professional. Additionally I was traveling the day of the power outage (required to set up the electrical connections for the generator) and the team assured me that they would not leave the house (with my wife and dogs) without power. They stayed and chased the power company to make sure everything was completed, were responsive to all my calls and kept me in the loop throughout. I would highly recommend them!

Tidal sent Caleb to repair the breaker to our stove line. He replaced the breaker and checked the outlet at the stove as well to make sure we didn't have any problems there too. What impressed me the most was not only his professionalism, but he grabbed my broom and swept the stove area before he pushed it back into place. This was well above and beyond any expectation I had for this repair. We only use Tidal through our Duke wiring insurance and they are always professional and willing to answer any questions we have.

Not only did they show up ahead of schedule, but had a larger project than anticipated. Josh and his assistant were above and beyond the best service we have had so far and Tidal Electric is the only company we use for these services and installation. We will always use them and hope Josh is our service tech for the foreseeable future.

Zach did a fantastic job. He was efficient and smart and found the outage problem that affected three outlets. I couldn’t ask for better service. He did a great job representing Tidal. He saved me by fixing the circuit where my 5 year old granddaughter accidentally shorted out a needed appliance. He was very careful and followed all safety practices. Great job! I used Tidal today for the first time and I am very impressed. My electrician is Zac Morgan and I plan on requesting him in the future. He was punctual and super nice. He explained everything to me and why it wasn't working and gave me great advice on the additional work I need. Its so nice to be treated with respect and to have someone who takes the time to explain the issue and most importantly to fix everything!

Called to schedule the installation of 4 ceiling fans. We had a technician at our door the very next morning. Our technician, Neil gave us an honest estimate warning in advance of potential issues based on previous wiring. This allowed us to make an informed decision on next steps. Neil and his helper were extremely professional. They worked to ensure that we would be happy with the results. The level of customer service was impeccable! Highly recommend!

I had severely flickering power. Tidal was quick to send an electrician same day. When he wasn't able to resolve the issue , they sent a second REALLY seasoned veteran electrician to assess the situation, and he was able to resolve my issue. Originally, it looked like we might need to replace both my electrical panels, but the second electrician found the problem and got it corrected in short order. Excellent response. Excellent service. Excellent electricians. I'd recommend them any day.
