Raleigh Electric is the only electrical company I will EVER use. I unfortunately was without power for over 12 hours yesterday starting at 2am. Brandon and Eric came out first thing in the morning and were able to diagnose the issue and give me a free quote in record time. They were able to have Ethan (the tech) out only a few hours later to get everything fixed and get my house re-energized all within less than 6 hours of their initial visit that morning. Everyone was extremely pleasurable to deal with, from Brandon to Eric to Hannah to Ethan. They way they conduct themselves and represent their business makes me want to quit my job and work for them. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about this company and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who is having ANY sort of electrical issues within their home.

The electrician, Giles, came out and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. I would've been without power for days otherwise due to a bad neutral line. Service was prompt, punctual, and efficient. He went above and beyond!

I would absolutely recommend them (and Giles) for future calls, and plan on using them for years to come.

I am a landscape designer and project manager with Garden Environments and Raleigh Electric is quickly becoming our go-to electrician for any electrical needs we have for our clients. Their customer service is leaps and bounds above others and they are timely, courteous and easy to work with. Having their level of professionalism has only made us look even better in the eyes of our clients!

Brandon and his team are excellent! He and his grandfather came out to see the issues and gave me a quote quickly. I was able to secure an appointment shortly after. The guys showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly. I couldn't be happier with their work. My family will use them again for future electrical needs.

I have had this company do work for me once for my home and once for my business. Both times I have had a great experience. I was selling my home and needed to have some work done quickly. Knowing that my job was time sensitive, they came out the same day on short notice, and gave me multiple solutions, clearly explained, with absolute honesty. I felt totally comfortable with what they did.

For work I was explained about the benefits that I would get upgrading to LED light fixtures.

Very good communication. We had a couple of hiccups but they were quick to rectify. They worked hard to make everything right by me. Work was wonderful and very clean. Special shout out to Isiah. Josh and Giles did an amazing job installing a light in our stairwell and redoing some wiring in our guest room. They were on time, extremely polite and did an excellent job. We had a few obstacles and they found great solutions to all of them.

We had Raleigh Electric come out via a request to our landlord. While we needed little to no repair, he was on time so nice so professional. He found switches and reasons why our outlets were not working and educated us on a few options for future electric/power solutions for our home office. We really appreciate him coming out to help. I own a small business. The quality and cost of electrical work done at my facility is of critical importance to me, my employees and my business. Brandon and Ron of Raleigh Electric Co., a local Raleigh business that's been around for decades consulted with me on my requirements. I was impressed with how carefully and thoughtfully they evaluated multiple options to solve my problem. Rather than going for the most expensive option, they proposed reuse of an existing unused conduit in my facility. At install time, Ethan and Tom arrived promptly and completed the work professionally and cheerfully. They cleaned up their mess and communication was superb throughout the process. They completed the job at a price lower than what was quoted! I find this whole experience representative of a high integrity, honest, customer focused company. This is the kind of company I want working for/with me.

Raleigh Electric is the best subcontracting experience I’ve had in 40 years of construction work. They were able to take care of a difficult access situation (middle of Lake Johnson). Josh handled the work with zero problems. I will always us Raleigh Electric for work I do in the Raleigh area.

Wonderful service all the way around! I met Brandon Fuller at Lowe's. He was very kind and helpful when I was picking out light switches. When I called his company regarding replacement of a bad breaker, the assistant who answered the call was helpful and nice! I got an appointment within 48 hours. The tech was fantastic! He replaced the breaker as well as a suspect outlet he found. I definitely recommend this Company!

Working with Raleigh Electric was smooth. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Giles came out and was professional and friendly. We have an old house and he was not phased by our cellar/crawl space and very old pannel. He diagnosed the cause of our outlets (old, no longer tripping breaker). He cleaned up some wiring in our box and replaced the old (likely 30+ years) breakers for us. We discussed the merrits and potential hazards of a full pannel and decied to stick with the easy and less mess fix for now. I will call Raleigh Electric for any future needs.

Summary: They were amazing, did a great job, answered all questions of follow-up concerns, and better priced than other electricians. I would highly recommend them for any electrical job. 100%!!
Con: If they need access through your drywall/sheet rock, you will need to get someone else to repair this because they do not. Though this might be typical of electric companies so it's not really a con, just more of an FYI.

Long story: My husband and I recently purchased our first home and during the inspection our electrical was flagged. Raleigh Electrical company came out and gave a free estimate of what would have to be done which allowed us to ask the seller for those repairs. The electrical system was very outdated and the panel was an old one marked as a fire hazard, so our panel had to be replaced, relocated, as well as we needed an upgrade from 60 amp to 200 amp. They quoted us half the price of another electrical company (whom might I add told me they couldn't go into detail of what they would do since I didn't own the house yet?? very sketch) and when they came to do the walkthrough they were able to explain to me everything they would need to do which made me feel so much more comfortable in working with them already.

They were able to schedule us immediately after purchasing our home so the electricity would be working and safe for us prior to moving in, and they were finished in only two days! When a couple outlets didn't work they came back and found that some of the breakers were just off. They were so responsive and Jessie (the main electrician) was so nice and did such a neat and good job moving everything. Giles was the electrician they sent to check the plugs and he was super friendly and nice, he explained to me more about the system and ways I can trouble shoot in the future which I love because I'd rather be taught and informed than always have to ask for help.

We enjoyed working with them so much we asked for an additional quote for getting can lights installed in our kitchen. Eric came back out to give the quote and also explained the breakdown of everything and placement for lights. Jeff was the electrician who came to install my lights and he was also very nice and he walked through everything I wanted and placement of lights. He checked with me on the lights the whole way though and Ethan (another electrician) came to help on the second day and fixed some GFC outlets that were being tripped randomly (not their fault something prior). There was a slight misunderstanding about the switches at the end but Eric called to check with me after everything was finished and made sure we were 100% satisfied at the end which I really really appreciated.

My husband and I plan to do more light work on our basement in the future and we definitely use them again as well as recommend them to EVERYONE! Seriously cannot go wrong. I feel like we met almost everyone on their team and I can't say anything bad about them really, they're all amazing and so nice. Oh also conversing with Hannah (and one other women I believe) who manage their billing and schedule they were always so so nice and quick to respond or get back to me.

I also have two dogs and a cat and was home by myself every time they came. to do work. They were all great with my pets and Giles even helped me catch my cat when she escaped (again we had just moved). I was so panicked and I can't thank him enough. I never felt unsafe and I think that says a lot for women who are worried about being alone with strangers.

I can't say enough about how great are experience was with Raleigh electric and with Josh Hatley (our tech) in particular! He was on time, professional, and did great work putting in a new circuit for an induction stove (looked great to me, works, and passed inspection on first pass). And at almost 30% less than other other estimate!

More importantly, though, he was ALSO incredibly kind and patient with my 5 year old daughter who attached herself to his hip throughout his visit, asking him all sorts of questions about what he was doing, and even following him into the crawlspace 🤣.

The team at Raleigh Electric Company is extremely professional and got the job done with the utmost care of my customer's home and property. From the initial communication with the office to the guys that came to the job it's always a great experience.

We recently had them come do some work to our new home and had a great experience! I frequently referr Raleigh Electric to my business clients so it was great to finally be able to use them on my own home.

I rarely post reviews, but Raleigh Electric was exceptional. They replaced my entire electric panel. They were always on-time, courteous and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing each step of the way. Their rate was cheaper that other quotes I had gotten. And the job ended up being more complicated than they thought, as happens sometimes with projects. They honored their original quote- and voluntarily stayed until well past 8 pm on a Friday night to make sure I was all set. Mind you- they just did all this. I didn't have to ask. Truly outstanding and exceptional. This is the only time I have ever felt happy to pay the electrician!

I was really impressed with the quality of service that Raleigh Electric provided. They are timely, professional, and reasonably priced. We discovered a slight issue with the can lights that were installed and they came out the next morning and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!

Giles with Raleigh Electric was awesome. He was on time, and did the trouble shooting with my issue that I had with a breaker flipping. He was determined to find the problem, because it affected the lights to my kitchen, and more importantly my radon blower that I had installed under my house. He found the problem within an hour, and I was back up and running. I will do business with them again in the future when I have another issue.
