Raleigh Electric was professional and hospitable from first contact. For me, that began with an email exchange with Hannah, who promptly answered my questions and provided an accurate, fair estimate. We proceeded to schedule my appointment by email, which was my preference.

Giles arrived on-time to resolve my needs with quality and swiftness. His gregarious demeanor was a nice bonus.

Having recently returned to North Carolina due to Covid, I'm grateful to find a dependable resource for electrical needs in my new home.

Giles was great, he came prepared to fix the issue and was very helpful, doing all he can to make sure everything is done right. He fixed faulty wiring in our outlets as well which he didn't need to do, but still did because it was a safety hazard with the way the builders wired it. He has a great personality and I'm glad he was assigned to the job.

What comes to mind when I think about my experience with Raleigh Electric is good old fashioned customer service. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained the issue in a way I could understand and fixed the problem for a fair price. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and communication from Hannah. She responded to all my questions very quickly and the jobs were scheduled in a timely manner. 10/10, would highly recommend Raleigh Electric.

Had great service from Raleigh Electric Company today. Their electrician, Giles, was on time, efficient, and thorough - made sure to check all of the possible problem spots to find what was tripping my breaker. My experience was professional, courteous, and responsibly handled. Will definitely use them again for future needs.

Raleigh Electric did a fantastic job! I spoke directly with Brandon one of the owners, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He sent two fabulous technicians Josh and Brennan, they were awesome. They did everything we asked and and cleaned up after themselves. They left the house neat and they were polite and friendly.
We will absolutely use them again.

I had a great experience with this company! Josh was friendly, very knowledgeable, and did great work. He was patient with my questions (including investigating something that wasn’t initially on our list). Josh was also very clear about the work he had done (explaining things and showing photos) and made sure everything was checked off our list before heading out. I’d recommend Josh and Raleigh Electric Company to anyone needing electrical work!

I hired Raleigh electric company to install 4 Ethernet cable pulls to 2 locations. I deeply regret choosing Raleigh Electric for this task. The morning of the scheduled service I received a call telling me they had not received the parts they needed. I left it up to them if they wanted to come out to get started or not. They did and the technician did not have the right tools and had to leave to buy the right bit. He also lost 2 bits in my wall. He also did not bring any vacuum with him and asked to use my home vacuum to clean up. Drywall dust can destroy a hepa vac like mine. I let him use my shop vacuum. While cutting my wall for the jacks he destroyed part of my wall in each location. On the next visit 3 technicians came out but soon after the technician that knew what he was doing left. The parts they brought did not match what we had agreed upon but there had been no communication so I ended up with more holes in my wall. I have a lot of experience in this area and had asked them to bring a tester which they forgot. They left to buy one to test the cables and said they were good. I tested them after with my tester which is not great but was much better and they all failed. When they came back out to correct the cables failed their tested also. The drywall company did not show up so after a couple of weeks I called Raleigh Electric back to follow up and Hannah gave me a lot of attitude telling me they could not be responsible for another company. I finally got the drywall company name and called and set up an appointment with no problem and they ended up being great. This was a very long review and I did not include all of the communications. The estimator was very good which leads you to think the company will be too but stay away. They were not the cheapest either. The attention to detail, technical aptitude and professionalism was not acceptable.

From the first day I bought my home, I have called upon Raleigh Electric Company multiple times. They have always been prompt, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. My issues have not always been straightforward (replacing a pool with a patio and outdoor kitchen, etc.) but they have competently analyzed the situation and come up with the solutions. Thank you to the entire team.

Only positive things to say about Raleigh Electric. Our technician was professional and punctual, and the online quote and scheduling process was easy to navigate. Pricing was affordable and adjusted when the technician discovered our work order was not as complicated as initially feared. Looking forward to working with Raleigh Electric again for additional electrical work at our home - thank you for an excellent experience!

I've had Raleigh Electric come out two times for work at my townhome and they have been excellent both times. They are fast, reliable, and do great work. I cannot recommend them enough!

Raleigh Electric has done such excellent work for us. The folks in the office are really helpful and the electricians were also very communicative and easy to work with. They did a bunch of work for us before we moved into our new house, including fuse box replacement, outlet installation, and ceiling fan and ceiling light replacements. Everything has worked exactly as expected and we're planning to ask them back for more work in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

After waking at 1 am to our fire alarm, with loss of all power, AC, TV's , flashing lights and burned surge protectors our first call was Raleigh Electric for direction on what to do . Electrician Josh Hatley quickly identified that we had experienced a major power surge and we should contact our power company immediately. After the power company corrected their problem, Josh returned and repaired all outstanding electrical issues.

Josh came to do some work A+++. He replaced a light switch and outlet. He also installed new smoke detectors, replacing the pigtail (electrical connection), mount and used the batteries I gave him instead of the generic ones included. He also did some adjustments to a light fixture and a second outlet that were installed not straight.

He took less time than I expected. He was done with everything in about 90 minutes. He tested every smoke detector after installing them.

We previously used one of these electrical and plumbing companies but we were not happy. I'm so glad we found Raleigh Electric.

I got quotes from 4 other companies, all about $800-1200 for the same work. I paid less than $300 to Raleigh Electric for all this work.

John with Triangle Electric came and installed a Ford Connected Charge Station at my residence. John was very professional and quick to respond with setting up a time for installation. On the day of install, John was very communicative when inclement weather delayed his arrival at my residence. Once he arrived, John was respective of the COVID climate and wore a mask properly through the install. He completed the install in an hour and was willing to take the time to show me how to complete the Bluetooth setup. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with his work and would definitely hire Triangle Electric for future needs.

John and Tyler (Tesla Certified) did an amazing job in setting up our EV charging station .Very professional , knowledgeable and responsive . Arrived on time on the day of appointment.

John and his team did the great job installing Tesla EV charger. John is very helpful, professional and always replied quickly to my queries. Team was onetime to setup. I would recommended to my other friends and family.

John has done several jobs for us, the last one was installation of switch and outlet for a generator. He also fixed a faulty outlet for us while he was here. His pricing is good and the work is top-notch. Highly recommend him and his professional team.

We needed an electrician to install an electric car wall charger (NEMA 14-50) in our garage and we found Triangle Electric through Tesla’s list of suggested electricians. John was incredibly responsive, professional, and polite from the minute we contacted him. He installed the charger, and got the permit completed, all with no hassle to us! He was also out last week, on super short notice, to switch out an outlet. He’s our go-to electrician now. Hands down the best electrician we’ve worked with in years.
