Hurst Landscapers have done several projects for us and have hit it out of the park on all of them. They are easy to communicate with, fairly priced and take pride in their work. They are the only landscapers in work with.

Hurst Landscapes transformed the yard at our new home. Jon, Paul and Dave were all great to work with and delivered a perfect product. They solved several drainage issues by grading the entire property and then installed all new plants and zoysia sod with a new irrigation system and added all new landscape lighting. Absolutely blown away by the Hurst landscaping work around our pool. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. The two ladies that did the general cleaning was very nice, presented themselves professionally. They sat down with us and and went over everything that they were going to do. They did a very good job and we will request them in the future. We are very satisfied with the job that was done.

We’ve had 2 cleanings with TCA at the referral of a friend. The first was good, the second okay. The detail clean was not the detail we were looking for—blinds, some window sills, kitchen light globes all untouched. Bathroom counter cleaned but when the items were not moved to clean underneath, no liners in the trash cans, etc. I called to let John know that while the service was good and the team was nice, I just didn’t think their service matched my expectations/need—I am looking for the detail of the detail cleaning. At this point I would have given them 3 stars.

John wanted to come by to see—Great customer service right?—5 stars. Well he came to see the same day. He told me that they don’t do the window sills because they don’t want the risk of damaging our blinds or the blinds falling and injuring the staff (although some window sills were done and some were not). However, we were also at home when they came and would have been happy to lift/open the blinds to prevent injury/damage—no one asked. John agreed that the dusting on the globes and that cleaning should be done underneath the items. But he didn’t do it nor did he arrange for anyone to come back to do it—2 stars. He agreed that they could not meet my expectations and felt I want more “straightening”, thanked me and left. My account was charged for the service. We then proceeded to clean to our expectation, and reached out to our former service to start next week.

Gloribel has been working in our home for almost a year. She is an amazing person and I could not imagine working with anyone else! She is professional, warm and kind, and does an excellent job in our home. Thank you, Gloribel!

John has been wonderful to work with and he has some pretty incredible people on his team. The last couple of cleans, they've done an outstanding job. The others have been great too and if there ever was a problem, John was very quick to respond and make it right.

The key is consistency and the quality of detail these professionals do…don’t give up after one cleaning. Stay on schedule and don’t discard the rotation efforts. Extremely effective just once a month! Highly recommend and Stephanie is great! (She did the visit, apologies if I got her name wrong).

Sara and Nyaria did an awesome job! My dog said “no, they can’t come back especially not if they’re bringing the vacuum” but I’d love to have them again, thanks a bunch!

On the day of my first appointment, they didn’t arrive during the time I was told. I called the office & was told that my appointment was later in the day; it was not, I had confirmed the day before. I was told the owner would call me back, but I never heard from him. The following morning (today) I got a call from the lady I scheduled/confirmed with, apologizing that they were late & said she told them moving forward they need to let someone know if they’re running behind. She confirmed again that I was correct about my earlier appointment time. She told me the owner never calls people, so I shouldn’t have been told he would. She said she’d speak with the GM about my concerns & get back with me, but I have yet to hear back. They cleaned OK, but it wasn’t spectacular & I wouldn’t say worth the price or the inconvenience of taking a day off work to meet them for the first time.
