I just have to brag about these folks. Not only do they do a phenomenal job each time, they have been amazing during this crazy COVID time!! John will text/call a day or two before our scheduled cleaning just to make sure we are still comfortable with the crew coming to our house and that it is safe for them to do so. He cares for his employees and his customers. The cleaning crew does such an amazing job!! I am so grateful for these folks!! With a full time job and a 2-year old, trying to keep the house clean is an uphill battle. Having this help has been such a relief!!

The team (Alexa, Itzel, and Cecilia) did a great job. They were very professional and pleasant. And they made sure that I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely continue to use their service.

Sign up was easy, communication prompt and so clear and friendly! Easy app and online portal and I LOVE THAT ITS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS. Team of 2 came in, were beyond respectful and careful and we are happy with the result. The cleaning is always thorough. Coordination can happen by text, app or over the phone, which adds to convenience. My rep, Stephanie, is very responsive and prompt and goes above and beyond to help with coordination. I highly recommend their services.

Cecilia and Maria do a wonderful job… I am so happy that they were able to clean my house again. They had come last month and I was really happy and impressed with their work. I hope that I will be able to have them every month.

John and his team are so amazing! We hired for a deep clean prior to my son's due date and the house hasn't looked so good since we bought it! It was such a good, thorough clean that we signed on for a monthly service. Cleaning day is the highlight of my month. I really couldn't be happier with the service we get. Highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with The Cleaning Authority. They have WANTED to work with us every step of the way. And they have LISTENED to what we need for our home and lifestyle. In the past, we had tried to use smaller companies, but I really enjoy the app and the benefits of a larger business. I just read the other reviews and have to agree Cecilia is amazing.

Edit: They gave us a partial refund if we changed our 2 stars to 4 stars.

The reason I gave them more than 1 star is that they did have a lot to clean. Besides that fact, they didn't do a very good job at all. I was having a one-time cleaning done and they had no limit placed on them on the time they had to clean. I made it clear they needed to finish cleaning everything. They did not do this. I will try to attach pictures. I did call them to see if we could resolve this. Oscar, the owner/manager, said they could come back to finish or we could get a partial refund. I have tried multiple times to call him back with no answer and no call back to us. I will edit this if it ever gets resolved properly.

The two ladies that came to clean my house were amazing! The arrived within the given window, were very polite, went straight to work and left everything spotless. They really paid attention to detail. I am super happy with the service. Thank you!

We have used Cleaning Authority for many, many years. Overall we have been very happy with their service. The ladies usually do a good job cleaning, and we haven't had anything gone missing (always a worry in the back of your head, right?). Their prices are fair. Today our house was cleaned by Liliam and Onesis, they did a great job under the guidance of Ilsa who was there for quality control. Thanks so much!

Tee & her cleaning partner always leave my house feeling clean, which helps me have a more relaxed week. TCA communicates well, is accommodating when I need to reschedule, and is punctual. I am sensitive to cleaning products. They are able to use products so I do not have a reaction. The few products I have and prefer, they welcome. Also, I am particular. I share certain details and do not feel that I am bothering them, and they are followed. The specific list of areas/tasks that will be completed helps to create understanding. I have used them for months and look forward to more. Thank you Tee!!

I was very pleased with cleaning services from The Cleaning Authority. Starting with the initial meeting at my home, Stephanie was punctual and professional. She clearly explained prices of different options and took notes about my requests. I appreciated the reminder phone call on the day of my appointment.

The two women who cleaned my home, Cecilia and Itzed, did an excellent job. They did a deep clean in selected rooms.

A few days after the appointment, I continue to see the close attention that they paid to various items they cleaned. The refrigerator was sparking and virtually looked brand new. The stove eyes were well-cleaned. They did a great job with removing grime from the tub.

I would definitely use services from The Cleaning Authority again.

The Cleaning Authority team did incredible today and were able to accommodate the cleaning needs on short notice. Alexa and Paola worked real hard and did a great job.
I only wish they had stayed a few minutes longer, so I could give them the tip I had put aside for them. If they see this, have them reach out.

They were in and out within an hour and my inspection yielded good results. From what I can see, they did a good job and in a short amount of time. Yay

My cleaners were very efficient and attentive to detail. They were very good about placing everything as I had it and the place smells great. I would recommend the company and especially Ceci and Roxy for top quality service and value.
