The team was phenomenal. They went right to work after a quick walkthrough, and by the time they were done the house was left looking as clean as the day I bought it! Price was very reasonable and if I were not moving I would be a repeat customer.

Ladies were in and out in 2 hours. Everything was sparkling and shining. Floors were done beautifully and the house smelled sweet and clean. Will definitely use them again!!!

We booked a Deep Clean for 3br home in Raleigh--services provided by Daira (team lead) and Esmerelda. They were wonderful--Arriving on time, working with us to accommodate pets during the clean, and did an excellent job on the house. We added on the Oven cleaning service and it was spotless! Will absolutely be booking again

We found Bright Oak cleaning services after searching online. After reading their reviews which were all positive, we called and booked a cleaning. Rosa & Jose came to our home and did a fantastic job cleaning top to bottom. We highly recommend and are now in bi-monthly service.

The Bright Oak team is fabulous! I had them do a basic clean of my home and asked them to clean the inside of my oven since it was gross! They did a great job and their cleaners pay great attention to detail.

This company was impressive from day one to the last day of service. This was my first time using a cleaning service and boy was I nervous!!. The office person was so sweet ,helpful and reassuring. The ladies that came were very nice and respectful of me and my home. They cleaned from top to bottom. They even cleaned down to the smallest detail. I suffer with OCD and breathing problems and believe me when I say this company and the 2 women did not disappoint in anyway at all !. I wish I could give them 10 stars I recommend them fully and plan to use them again and again !!.

Great company! I called last minute for a move out cleaning and was able to get scheduled for the next day. The ladies were excellent and very attentive to detail. I will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend them for any home cleaning needs.

We hired Bright Oak to take care of my mom’s place and keep it clean. We just had the first cleaning - Kimberly and Erika were really wonderful! The ladies did a good job cleaning. Unfortunately, a blind was broken and I sent pictures as evidence. I'm not happy with the resolution and felt as if the owner gave me a little push back on how to handle it. This made me uncomfortable so I just complied with what he wanted to do.
