I am very pleased with the Cleaning Authority service. The housekeeping team members were on time, courteous, friendly, respectful of me and my home, and they worked very efficiently.

The two young women came in and asked one question then went to work, my house is spotless. I am so pleased and would recommend this company to anyone seeking thorough , professional and reliable service. This team didn’t come to play they worked in sync and even hubby was satisfied!

My first cleaning was great. I was not happy with today’s cleaning. The countertops were not cleaned well or the floors well moped . The pictures speak for the rest

Spoke with Michelle who was super friendly and explained all my options and pricing very well. She even got me in the very next day! Her two-person team came out and did an excellent job. They got right to work and hit all the areas I had asked for - thank you!

Reina and Melyssa did a phenomenal job taking care of my home and I didn’t even have to supervise or micromanage to ensure quality! They took care of even the smallest details like window sills, dog beds, door frames…you name it. Thoughtful and thorough doesn’t even begin to describe the amazing job they did. Can’t wait to have them back!

Both housekeepers were aware that I needed to keep an important medical appointment. They worked swiftly and efficiently to complete their rotation promptly. I appreciated their politeness and questions when they were unsure about how I wanted specific surfaces cleaned, or not.

First time with these cleaners. Really friendly. I need cleaners that can move furniture and clean the way I could once. Liability issues do not allow standing on stools, etc. The girls that came today did a really good job following the guidelines and were willing to work with me and I moved what needed to be moved in order to clean the floor.

Very efficient, flexible pricing, and a thorough job done! I'm more than happy with my clean home. I like the rotation of focus on deep cleaning certain areas. Good communication, too!

Decided to go with another company because it’s inconsistent service after what was promised when I signed up and ladies won’t step on stools to get dust off of higher leveled surfaces like shelves or fans/light fixtures. Bathrooms are surface only - no hard scrubbing after the first initial cleaning. Changed to half cleaning four months in. Do not recommend.

Zoiris Cleaning Service did an amazing job! I hired them for a deep cleaning/move-in move-out cleaning, and the results were absolutely perfect. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They paid attention to every detail — from the baseboards to the bathrooms, kitchen, inside appliances, and all the tough spots most companies miss.

First cleaning was done today and my cleaning team did a great job. They got started bith upstairs and down working efficiently and effectively. The set up process was great. Did a zoom tour of the home and then got started soon after. The girls who were here were very nice and Michelle in the office was great to work with. Looking forward to working with this team!

The cleaning authority has been consistently good for us. Unfortunately age has taken its toll on me like a lot of other people. They are perfect for filing in on those tasks that you can no longer do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a hand keeping your house clean. Thank you Christine and Margaret!
