After trying so many cleaning services that just didn’t deliver, I was honestly skeptical about hiring another one but I am so glad I gave them a chance. Grant was quick and efficient with scheduling and incredibly thorough when explaining exactly what was included and the pricing. We hired Bright Oak Home Services for a one time clean of my daughter’s townhouse. They were lifesavers as they were able to fit us in on short notice and for a reasonable price. Autumn did an amazing job cleaning before the new roommate moved in and sent photos after she was done. I would definitely recommend this company and Autumn.

I had needed a cleaning and carpet steaming services for a move out. The carpet steaming was phenomenal. The initial cleaning crew did not do a well job. I contacted the company back and they were very understandable and responsive. They assigned me another cleaning crew for the day after who did a fantastic job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the outcome and would certainly recommend.

Manuela and her Mom are absolute miracle workers. They cleaned my stepson’s new home and transformed it from the worst, most shockingly filthy condition imaginable into a truly move-in ready space. They went above and beyond in every way—cleaning blinds, washing walls, deep-scrubbing appliances, and even scraping years of who-knows-what off the bathroom walls. Truly unbelievable work.

A huge shoutout to Grant, who initiated immediate contact, communicated clearly, and managed to fit us in during a busy holiday week. His responsiveness made the entire process seamless.

Their professionalism, work ethic, and kindness were unmatched. What they accomplished was nothing short of transformational, and we are so incredibly grateful. If you need a home restored, refreshed, or deep-cleaned to perfection, this is the team to call.

Very thankful to Dogwood Moving Company for helping my move go much smoother than I was anticipating. They arrived on time, inventoried what needed to be moved, took extra care when moving my furniture, and even helped add additional tape/cushioning to some of my items. This move was very personal for me and honestly their bright personalities helped tremendously. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Dogwood Moving is the best home service provider I’ve ever had, even when weighed against every plumber, handyman, HVAC, electrician, etc. We have moved 2x with Dogwood and they somehow manage to make one of life’s most stressful activities easy and enjoyable.

Don and John S. just moved us across town (along with Carter, Miles M. and Ethan) and it was fast, professional, kind, and reasonably priced. We had some tricky items like a piano and 2 freezers loaded with frozen meat, which they handled with care and ease. But beyond the pure quality of service, my favorite thing about Dogwood is that their team members, not just team leaders, love their work and they love to work together. No complaining from these guys. They were joyful in addition to hard working, which made the move process even better. I wholeheartedly recommend Dogwood to everyone I know in central North Carolina.

We had the best moving experience with Alex, Linkin, and Shadeek! We were quoted a 4-6 hour time frame and they got it done in 3.5 for a 2bd/2ba move from Morrisville to Raleigh. They were super friendly and considerate of our items. Definitely will be using then if/when we move again.

Dogwood made my moving process so easy and stress free! They worked quickly and efficiently, so all my stuff was secure and safe. We had a great experience with dogwood-it was a 3 story walk up and our team (Jacob, Keyton, and Ethan) absolutely crushed it. We had a lot of heavy hardwood furniture but they had everything moved and placed in just a few hours with 0 damage to any walls or flooring. We’ve had a lot of friends who have used them in the past and have never heard of anything less than a perfect move

Great experience! The easiest booking and quick responses. Really liked that I could just book online. They sent several reminder emails and confirmations. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly at the time and Jordain was great and walked through my place to confirm what was being moved. He had great help from Paul & Kenny who all 3 were extremely professional and courteous men. They did a great job of moving items around and didn’t waste any time. Would 100% use Dogwood moving again!

Even though I was just moving around the corner, Hepka and Pablo wrapped and packed my belongings just the same as if I were moving across the country. This is the second time we used Dogwood Moving Company and there’s a good reason we use them twice. The staff is very responsible and energetic and they made this daunting task much more fun. Everything was prepped the day before our move, which is brilliant. Everything arrived in our new home in perfect condition. I highly recommend Dogwood and would use them again. We had an amazing experience with Dogwood Moving. Our move was a very large one involving many large pieces of furniture, heavy boxes, and a long distance, and Dogwood completed the entire move super quickly, carefully, and at a very reasonable price. All furniture arrived safely with no damage whatsoever, and our movers were extremely friendly, helpful, and made this by far the most pleasant moving experience we've ever had. If we ever need to move again, we will absolutely be using Dogwood.
