Sam Childers came to my house to fix the gap in our backdoor. ( You could literally see outside at the bottom of the door !) He not only installed new weather stripping for us... He also tightened all the hardware & made it so my door wasn't so hard to lock !! Sam definitely went above & beyond his simple maintenance request by making sure everything was lined up perfect, & the door is now in perfect working order !!! He also made sure my front door handle & deadbolt were secure !!! Thank you Sam for all the extra effort you put into making sure both doors are secure !! You worked fast & efficient and answered any questions I had !!! It's always nice to have professional, knowledgeable people who you can count on to get the job done right !!

I recently received service from Bobby Lambert a service technician from Triangle Services for a gas oven replacement, he was beyond great. Being my first time using gas, he was very informative, showing me what to look for or expect. He had to come out twice in one day, once to disconnect the old stove and once to reconnect a new stove, he was great with his timing, And he even took time to show me how to work my gas fireplace. Bobby is well experience and I would definitely recommend him at Triangle Maintenance for maintenance services. It’s always a pleasure to have someone who’s heart is in their work.

My property management company was sending technicians for maintenance repairs, but the repairs never lasted or they couldn’t fix the issue. They sent finally sent Triangle Services and as a single woman felt very comfortable with their kindness and how well they explained everything. I was amazed at how quickly and with quality they permanently fixed everything. Lovely people and skilled, I highly recommend them.

Louie was such a great help with my roommates and I's home. We have had issues with our washing machine, storm door leaks, doorknobs breaking, oven breaking, etc. and he has fixed every problem we have had with complete professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Awesome ! Russell was professional and thorough! He was even very careful to clean the ladder before bringing it in the house. He didn’t know I was watching! He even left and went to the store to buy what he needed to Do part of the job that was not even his to do! I would highly recommend Russell!

I put in a request for repairs to my townhome. The garbage disposal went out as well as water leaking from the bottom of a toilet. Bobby texted upon arrival and came in. He immediately begin to access all of the issues and informed me of everything he was doing. He fixed everything and even tightened a loose cabinet door that was not on the original work request. His professionalism was truly appreciated especially today when its hard to come by.

He said he was new to the company and he was a wonderful hire for them! Will definitely let our property manager know to hire them again if work is needed.

We loved our entire experience from bid to finish. Turner offered suggestions on lighting placement and the use of OMNI brand. And he was absolutely right. Our home looks stunning. Brad put the lights up and went above and beyond customer service making sure the lights were perfect. We are so pleased!!

Turner and his crew did the lighting for Sanderson High School's 2025 Prom, themed: Night Under the Stars. He came out to the school and worked with our Student Leaders to create a plan. He listened to their vision and came up with a few options. I could tell he was passionate about bringing their vision to life. He sent me a quote within 24 hours and was very responsive and professional while we waited for school approval. The team came to set-up the lights on the day before prom and were thorough and efficient. I did not need to engage with the lights at all, the team did all the set-up and removal. The end result was incredible. They used a variety of spritzers to give a starry effect. Our student leaders were absolutely thrilled with the outcome, and several prom attendees said the lighting was the best they had seen. Festival Lighting Pro's were professional, quick, and highly creative. The pricing was also quite reasonable for the work they did and how easy they were to work with. I highly recommend them for any lighting project you might have in mind.

We had a great experience working with Jeff Borchers. He expertly came up with a plan for solving the humidity problem in our attic and found good and reasonable solutions customized to our house. He completed all aspects of the work, including electrical, drywall, painting and installation work, with great attention to detail and to our full satisfaction. Jeff’s pricing was *very reasonable* and transparent; he stuck to his cost estimates. He was clear and reliable with his timelines and was very easy to communicate with. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Jeff and would be very happy to do so again.

Theif, plain and simple, took 2 grand from my mother and never came back. Stay clear of this loser.

CON ARTIST. Payed him then he showed up once to do the work, didnt do anything but drop some dirt off and left some old tools around that he didnt even come back for. Never showed back up to to do the job after multiple calls.

Hired Jeffrey Borcher in June 8th, 2020 to install a sump pump and remediate some microbial growth in my crawlspace. Extremely thorough, professional, and very responsive. Was very impressed with his services and plan to use him for future handy man services as he seemed very knowledgeable and handy on a variety of trades.

I had a problem with some mold in a closet. Jeff was able to figure out what was wrong and suggest a cost effective solution within minutes. He also wound up doing some painting for me down the street. I found him to be knowledgeable and competent in everything he did.

The WORST person for the job. I garuntee my 93 year old father could do a better job AND he wouldn't have cheated me out of 15000 dollars. For the work that he did do, it was all unfinished and crappy looking. The only good thing he did was leave our property and never come back. He also left us a few rusty, old tools that we can't and won't use, lucky us! (Btw, Jeff, you might wanna get your tongue ring checked out, because I think it's infected. Do you ever get food stuck in there?)

Between helping to care for aging parents, their deaths, and the pandemic, my house suffered from “squeaky wheel syndrome” — meaning only the most urgent problems got any attention. I hired Jeff to fix some rotted wood trim I had found on garage windows. But Jeff’s initial inspection identified several other areas of serious rot, with the worst compromising the integrity of a 3-panel sliding patio door. When Jeff showed me the problem areas and explained the extent of the damage, I was expecting him to say that replacing the windows and door was the only option — an option that I knew I couldn’t afford given that the door alone would cost about $9K. Fortunately for me, Jeff has amazing skills he learned from repairing and restoring wooden boats. Jeff worked miracles on restoring 14 rotted window frames, making them solid and looking almost new. His repairs are so seamless that I have difficulty identifying which areas were restored. Jeff takes pride in his work and takes the time to do each step correctly. Because restoration is often a multi-step process, Jeff might not be the fastest or cheapest — but he is the best! The high quality of his work has kept Jeff busy in our neighborhood as neighbors could see the before/after results and asked Jeff to put their homes on his schedule.
Before writing this review, I waited a couple of months after Jeff had finished to make sure the repairs held up and I was still pleased with his work. I can confidently say I highly recommend Jeff Borchers because he is a rare find - a true craftsman with a huge skill set, extensive knowledge, and years of experience — but most important the ability to find a solution to whatever problem arises.
