Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. First time I used them was a good experience except for fact they only take cash or check, and don't tell you this upfront. Scheduled them to come out again and can say it's been one of the worst experiences of my life as a customer. Rained a ton day before and morning they were scheduled to come out. Assumed they wouldn't be able to do work with all the rain we got, but I had to call them to find out new date. Upon calling I'm informed I need to be put back on the schedule for 5 weeks later. Mind you I've already been waiting 5 weeks since work was agreed to. Now I can't control weather and neither can they, but I don't think it's fair/good business practice to be put at back of line basically. They tell me they can't move their entire schedule around because of the weather, which is not really my problem as their customer. So, I said hey, I need to get the work done sooner, please hold the new date for me for a couple days, but I do need to see if I can find someone to do it quicker. They then get ticked off, tell me I'm going behind them, and basically fired me as a customer saying we should just cancel the job. I said fine, let's cancel if you don't want my business. Being reasonable and diplomatic here by the way about a situation due to the weather that neither of us could control. So, TERRIBLE experience that's consuming a ton of my time and energy dealing with their disagreeable attitude while trying to find someone else. Jackson needs to realize not to make the weather or their schedule their customers problem. Perhaps reschedule a job or two for someone who hasn't been waiting nearly as long as me? Maybe come out on a Saturday instead? If they have this type of attitude they won't be in business very much longer as EVERY type of business is moving/has moved to a customer first/bend over backwards for the customer mentality. Hey, offer me a discount on this or future work, something if you're going to push my job way out. I will say that their prices seem to be among the best, so if you're willing to wait possibly months for them to do the work especially for an all day job go for it.

We have waited over a month to get him to come and give an estimate. He came recommended by another tree guy, because he had a crane. He spends a total of 2 mins at my sons house and says he can't take the tree down because of some wires. Isn't that why he has a crane? We have gotten 4 estimates, and no one else has ever mentioned the wires. I guess it comes down to, he doesn't want the job.

I have used this service on three properties and not only are they a full service unit with professional staff and industrial equipment (crane, grinder, claw truck, etc.) their act is so entertaining all the neighbors come out to watch. Seeing the top of a tree fly 50' over houses...

Excellent service. We had several tree stumps removed and they were fast efficient and cleaned up after the work. I was very impressed that they were honest and called me right away to say they had cut some wires. It turned out they were old phone wires that were not connected.

I have worked with Elive and his crew for over 4 years. He and his crew are top notch, professional and easy to work with. Yes, you have to write a check, yes, you have to give them time to come back but to me they are worth every bit of that. They are family oriented and caring. A few years ago we had trees that blew down into our driveway. Without a hesitation Elvie and his crew were here to rescue us, so we could get out and go to work. They run a family business. It's not a big crew, so you don't always get immediately on their list but they will not forget about you and rest assured they will take care of you. The other thing to know is they respond to emergencies, so sometimes those emergencies (which are horrendous and real) take precedence over your needs. I respect Elvie for making this judgement call.

This was our first experience using Jackson's Tree Service for stump grinding. They ground 10 stumps and several large roots with a really cool remote control grinder. The kids loved watching Spencer, (the operator) at work! The owner Mark was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a fair price, reliable service and a fantastic end result!

I've hired several tree service companies before but Jackson's Tree Service is by far the best!!!! They came and got the job done and my yard looked even better than it did before they got there. Extremely reliable and honest folks! I will never hire any other company again! Highly recommend!!!!!

We hired Jackson's Tree Service to remove two pine trees in our front yard. We live on a busy street and the trees were very close to the power lines. Though the quote was more expensive than the other companies we researched, we are so happy we went with Jackson's. They came in at about 8:30am with a pretty big crew. Everyone was super efficient, so I suppose I should not be too surprised they were finished shortly after lunchtime. They left the yard in pristine condition - I would not have been able to tell they were even there except the fact that two trees were missing! I would highly recommend Jackson's to anyone needing tree or stump removal services because they get the job done quickly with high quality standards!

Really enjoyed working with Elvie and the team. Quote was great! Scheduled quickly. All work done in one day. Respectful of property, and cleaned up when work was complete. Overall, a great experience.

Jackson Tree surgically removed several large trees, including a 100' poplar without any collateral damage to nearby trees, house or driveway. They were not in a rush, and were as careful as could be in getting the job done right. The crane operator was nimble and there was no drama in getting the job done. I've had many trees removed from our property over the past twenty years by different teams, and I'm very satisfied with Jackson's work.

I’ve hired Jackson’s a few times. They show up when they say they will. They communicate well and their crew is professional and safe. They took the time to lay plywood across my yard to make sure that my lawn didn’t get damaged. I really appreciate the extra effort.

We were very happy with Jackson Tree service. Knowing a crane was going to be used made me nervous, but after watching how skilled and professional these guys were put me to ease. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything they did. They even went out of the way to remove some old brush we had. We would highly recommend them for anyone we know.

Great crew, great work. Made complicated tree removals look easy. Especially enjoyed watching a raccoon who decided to sleep on the top most branches being gently lowered to earth branch and all (and then being encouraged to scamper off).
