Was able to replace my water heater quickly and saved me a few hundred dollars. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to "fix" the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

Anthony does excellent work. I've used him several times now (from small jobs all the way to a main line clog). I'm always satisfied with the results. He is professional, courteous and extremely hard-working. Highly recommend.

I try to keep the money in the neighborhood and usually end up disappointed in the quality of work. Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted. Outstanding work at a fair price, I will use him again.

We were in need of a plumber quick as I work in an office with two other ladies and couldn't use the bathroom. I called Anthony and he was out fixing our toilet in a few hours. He really came to the rescue for us! I would highly recommend AP Plumbing.

Met Anthony through our home warranty with Old Republic when our kitchen sink stopped draining. Can’t say enough about this guy. He came in, assessed the issue, and delivered a fantastic repair. His work is quality and he was spot on with what needed to be done. We had three plumbers come out before him to get a balanced quote and he was the most honest and forthcoming with what was necessary to get the sink working again. Highly recommend!

I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them. The owner and the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and make sure that the problems are resolved in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this business!

Excellent response time. They quickly diagnosed our problem and had all necessary parts on hand. I'd definitely use them again.

A 65 service fee turned into 250 for 2 couplings and a piece of pipe for an easily accessible leak. I'll look further next time

NO MORE SPONGE BATHS!! LAST Fall all I could take were sponge baths. I could not get i in and out of my tub/shower. I was falling and breaking bones (couldn't lift legs into tub) .
I called William Parrish Plumbing and they're came right over. Once they saw the problem they didn't have to remove and install a newer tub. They back the next day and within a couple of hours they had cut the side of tub down any installed a step i in. I can now get i in and out of tub for showers especially using safety hand ralls they installed. NO MORE SPONGE BATHS for me. Thanks William Parrish Plumbing , Inc.

The team that came to my home was very helpful and provided recommendations for service. They also showed me where the main regulator is for my home, as well as suggestions for future repairs if they are needed.

Will took the time to help me out after hours. Extremely knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters and was able to get mine going again very quickly. My wife and kids are happy to have hot water again, thank you very much

I called the company because my tankless water heater wasn't working. They were the only company available that day and the technician arrived early, which was convenient for me. He seemed to be very friendly initially. He appeared to be not familiar with the Rinnai product. He was reading the brochure and trying to figure out what a reasonable water pressure it needed. Then, he called the Rinnai customer service, which was fine with me. When he started his call, he was reading something off the side of the unit and I thought he needed help in reading what was written. Apparently, he interpreted my offer to help as an intrusion into his service. He snapped at me telling me to basically back-off in the rudest way possible. I called their office and complained about his behavior; they reminded me that they sent me their best technician without addressing his lack of professionalism. Then, they asked him to leave. On his way out, he failed to put the unit back the way he found it. I had to remind him to put back the cover. If you want a rude "genius", then, call them. Out of respect for the technician, I won't name him.

Very good customer service. Came promptly when I had a problem and fix up a few other things around the garbage disposal. If we have future problems will definitely use them again!

William Parrish Plumbing is the best experience we've ever had with professional plumbing. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable pros. Best in our area for sure!
