We had what we thought was a pipe leaking. They came out same day, figured out it was a leaking roof dryer vent quickly. Cleaned up very well after themselves. Highly recommend

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

I returned home on a Monday, realized there was a leak somewhere in my home. Called a plumber and they couldn't come until Thursday. Then called NC green and they came the next morning at 8:00. Very pleased

We have used them twice in a little over a year for serious leaks in our main water lines (into & out of the house). They are quick and responsive and the lead guy we dealt with both times communicated well. In both cases they fixed the problem. The most recent time they had to go to “Plan B” but understandably so and they handled that respectfully. In both cases, they worked hard, were reasonable about everything, cost included, and earned these 5 stars.
