Haley did a great job of getting our repair scheduled quickly. Justin came out right on time, confirmed our pressure reducing valve was faulty and had it replaced in no time. He checked everything over, even going into the attic to ensure the water heater had not suffered any problems due to the high pressure. Great job all around!

Kevin called and gave us a heads up when he was on the way to our home. He was very cheerful and pleasant.. He quickly installed our new garbage disposal, made sure we understood how to use and reset. Left no mess and he took the old disposal with him.

Please provide more information on the dehumidifier, e.g. mfg, model elec draw pictures, how it works, do I need to empty a water container regularly?
It would also be helpful if the invoice provided more information about the service preformed in addition to the charge.

It was easy to schedule the service, the customer service rep was understanding, helpful and had access to my account so was able to ask/verify specific information.

Excellent customer service! The dispatcher was very pleasant and cheerful. David, the technician was outstanding . We called at 7pm and our appointment was for 8pm. It was obviously a long day for David, not only was he super patient and pleasant, but he also had a great attitude and he made my husband and I feel we were in great hands. He answered all our questions and he expeditiously fixed the HVAC . We will call back and request only David to work on our HVAC . Thank you for the late house-call because we came home to an HVAC that had gone out.

I called to explain that my thermostat had been knocked off the wall and was no longer working properly. They told me a technician would come out to troubleshoot for a $59 fee. When the tech arrived, he roamed around the house, never even bothering to check the thermostat, despite my property manager being there to assist. He started throwing out random issues to justify up charging, mentioning that the overload controller was uncovered but still avoided the thermostat. Then he claimed the problem might be internal and insisted on a trace test for an additional $300, demanding I pay immediately. After wasting an hour behind the house, he finally declared that the thermostat needed to be replaced. At that point, I realized I had been hustled and ripped off for $300. I was furious, especially since now I had to go out and buy a new thermostat on my own.

Amazing experience with Ivan P. at Progressive Service Company. He was hired to install my dishwasher by my property management company. He came over on time and was super friendly. He did a great job with the installation but what I did not expect was for him to notice a leak under my sink and take it upon himself to fix it. He and Ricky went OVER AND BEYOND by fixing this!! The best customer service I have experience in a very long time. I am not sure if he could even bill for this but that did not seem to matter to him, he saw something that needed to be fixed and he fixed it. Ivan, you are a very kind person and will always recommend you and your company! I cannot thank you enough for your good work ethic and generosity.

They were able to send someone out on the same day I called and deal with a leak in an old irrigation system (that was preventing my house from having water as well). John Mayo gave me options on how he could repair the leak, explained everything he did to fix the problem, and was able to quickly repair my leak. Very friendly and professional. The price was excellent as well. I would definitely call Progressive Service Company again for any plumbing issue.

The two techs (Xavier and Michael) did excellent maintenance on both of our solar thermal water heating systems. They also provided good advice on future options if we need to replace them. Highly recommended.

Steven and Kyler came out today and replaced my entire HVAC system in a day. They were professional, quick and the work was well done. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for assistance or a new install.

Progressive was quick to respond to an issue with my A/C unit. My technician, Brian, arrived promptly and got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through it, and got my unit back up and running. I have used progressive since initial install and always had prompt and great service.

I was totally impressed with both Danny, and Alejandro!!! They both worked we me on deciding the perfect place for our generator and our split unit for the garage! I’ve used Progressive in the past and the company has always provided me with very intelligent technicians and a top quality job!

Roberto arrived on time, with the equipment he needed. He introduced himself and that matched the Name/Photo that Progressive had provided. He asked for a tour of our thermostats and if we had any questions before he began. After that conversation, he performed an annual preventative inspection. The discrepancies were photographed and corrective actions were recommended. All parts and labor were explained as well as any options. All replacements and additions were immediately available and installed. Outstanding work done in a timely manner by a professional representative of Progressive Home Services.

Marcus did a great job today. On a scale of 1 - 5, I would give him a 6! He was very knowledgeable and went to work on the problem we were having with our water softener as soon as he arrived. He fixed the problem and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. He was also very friendly and represented your company in a very professional way.

Justin is awesome! He was very punctual (30 mins before scheduled time), personable, and patient in explaining everything he was doing. He did excellent work, cleaned up the area, and cleared my plumbing issues, efficiently and effectively. He was even kind enough to bring up my recycling receptacle from the street. I was incredibly impressed with the timeliness, professionalism, and consideration shown by Progressive. I had my A/C system replaced, which was on its last leg but still functional.

After a rather unfortunate experience with another company, let's call them "Seven and Repair", I called Progressive and I spoke with a representative on the phone who was helpful and polite. Someone was scheduled to assess my system the following business day. Darryl arrived promptly and was appropriately communicative throughout the assessment. He collected the necessary information about my systems and emailed me two detailed proposals a few hours later, and he addressed any of my follow-up questions quickly and thoroughly. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision; Darryl gave me the info and then gave me the time to think it over. When I was ready, he got me on the schedule for a few days later. Mitch and John were the installation technicians. They were very respectful of my property, worked quickly, and they cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. After, I could not tell anyone had been there, aside, of course, from my shiny and quiet new A/C system, and one that can actually heat and cool my home efficiently.

Kyler and noble did a great job replacing my A/C compressor, fixed it in no time and no issues with the new unit! Definitely recommend for repairs if looking

Brian did a great job, Kenny in parts found the part for me, they checked warranty, and were fair on price. On time and done well. Only not 5 stars because HVAC labor prices are just way too high for every provider. 1 hour, 10 minutes = $475.

Justin did an absolutely fantastic job. Arrived quickly the next morning after I discovered a leak in my main water line, gave me honest assessments of how much work would be involved in each step as the problem was assessed and identified. Once the problem location was identified as non repairable due it's location under a tree (why it was there only the builders know) and provided me quick service to get water flow back inside for the short term with a medium term plan of how to replace the line. 5/5, will definitely call again for any future plumbing problems and concerns.

We had a shower leak on a Saturday, and Justin was amazing with quickly knowing what needed to be done and talking us through every step of the way. Highlights for me were: knowledge, customer service, communication, and skill. He had to cut a hole in the back of our closet to access the shower, but rather than leaving a hole, he covered it with a removable cover so if access is ever needed again, it will be easy. We were grateful for the process from start to finish and HIGHLY recommend Justin and Progressive Plumbing!
