Called on a Sunday at 8am and by 9am Justin was on site trouble shooting my issue. Had my water back on by 10am. Very respectful, extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Without a doubt my new plumbing guy! Thanks again Justin!

We called with an emergency with our sump pump during a rain storm. Justin sent out technicians within an hour. We now have NC Green Plumbing in our contacts for future needs.

NC Green sent Christian over to fix a couple of items in our newly purchased home. Everything was done well and all items were reviewed with me. They did a great job with everything and we will be calling them for our next project.

I recently called NC Green Plumbing to fix a few minor issues with my house that I'm selling. NC Green came and fixed each of the items on my list on a timely basis.
Shortly after that, I moved into a "new to me" house that I purchased-and immediately found I had a couple of leaks. Again, I called NC Green, and they were there the next morning to diagnose both issues and fix one leak with parts on hand and stop further leaks from the second. Came back the next day to fix the other issue, and also installed a new toilet for us.
I'm very glad to have found a reliable and responsive plumber I can depend on.

I shredded my septic clean out cap and destroyed the the inner spout this weekend while mowing. The NC Green Plumbing team came out to my place as quick as they could, performed an assessment and offered to repair it there on the spot so we could get back to normal as soon as possible. The two brothers are amazing. WORK ENTIRE TIME doing job and it was 110 out in Sun where they worked ALL DAY. VERY REASONABLE AND WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE NEEDING THEIR SERVICES which are many. They hooked gas line to our whole house generator.

This is a fantastic company. I called them because my tenants was without water and they arranged their schedule and arrived within an hour. Our tenants had water restored in less than an hour. The customer service is fantastic and their technician Christian kept me well informed on the situation. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend N C Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Christian and Joshua came out the day after I called to install a new water heater. They also installed a new expansion tank, blasted out the system and tested for leaks. They were knowledgable, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

(I might add that we'd had a "big box" plumber give us an estimate for the same unit at a much higher cost earlier in the week.
In addition, the particular unit we preferred was only available twenty miles away. Christian and Joshua willingly made the trip to pick it up. They went above and beyond!)

Marcus with progressive was fantastic. I had a large leak underneath the concrete slab in my home. He was very professional, took the time to detail all the possible outcomes for me, complete the very extensive repair in one day, and thoroughly photo documented the entire process. It was an intense situation and progressive made it better and did an incredible job. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

My water heater broke, and Justin came to the rescue. He was quick and did an amazing job. He got here in a timely fashion and did an amazing job. He also had another worker that assisted whose name was also Justin, as I live on the second floor. I called progressive as an emergency call; they picked up immediately and I received service within one hour. Justin took off his shoes as I have a carpet place with no hesitation and was very kind and polite. Thank you, Justin(tall), for quick and good quality work.

Brian Williams came out today to end our misery of being without A/C for almost four (!) weeks. He is highly professional and instantly detected what needs to be done. He patiently explained every step of the process and managed to put the A/C back within a few hours. We highly recommend Brian Williams and would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a problem with our A/C again.

I called around places to get prices on getting our tankless water heater flushed. Progressive had the best price and best reviews.

The tech was early. Which worked out. He was at my home before I got there.

The tech was very friendly. And explained what he was going to do in detail. I like good communication.

He was almost finished, and I went by to see how things were going. Again, in detail he explained what was going on. And how I needed to have this procedure done more often than I do!

He came in my home, making sure to put on those shoe covers. We tested the hot water successfully. I paid and he left.

By by the way, the tech wore a mask anytime I was around.

I contacted Progressive (for first time ever) to request a 2nd opinion on a HVAC repair job & their estimates of cost of repair. Everyone I dealt with was courteous & professional. Progressive sent a HVAC tech (Eric P) to my house within 24 hours. Eric took his time to do a thorough assessment & gave a estimate over $200 less than the HVAC company I have been using. While in this particular instance I did not use Progressive as my longterm HVAC provider agreed to discount their repair estimates several hundred dollars following Progressive's assessment as well as another recommended HVAC company's assessment. But I would recommend Progressive in a heartbeat.

Marcus did a great job installing all new inner workings on my toilet. He was punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and repaired my unusable toilet quickly. Highly recommend!

Marcus helped with our emergency plumbing situation. He did expert work diagnosing and resolving the issue. He was personable, quick and efficient, and also helped us discover the why for the issue, as it was something that was not caused by us, and we could not have known that it would be an issue. We would work with him again in an instant!
