GREAT COMPANY AND EXCEPTIONAL WORKERS!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 2 guys came to my house in Chavis Heights, ETHAN & KYLER, they were professional, very courteous and were not leaving until the job was done correctly! I have a little kid that wanted to run around and see what they were doing the whole time, and they were so nice about it, and understanding. VERY OUTSTANDING GUYS! I really appreciate Ethan & Kyler for coming to replace my unit. They worked from sun up to sun down! I mean, I could go on and on about their outstanding service.
Thank you Progressive for sending such amazing gentleman to install my heating/air system. GOLD STARS TO ETHAN & KYLER! Thank you guys, we are enjoying the air flow now. We appreciate you for your hard work! 🩷🩷🩷

Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing "call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not". Wes has come out to fix a couple of times to take care of issues for us. He calls back in a timely manner and comes out timely too. He does a great job and is so courteous. We highly recommend.
