I don't do HVAC for a living but I own a home that seems to always need repairs. I went to Ferguson's this morning to pick up a capacitor and expected to be treated like a homeowner amongst their contractor regulars. I was very wrong. They were busy helping everyone, but they acknowledged me when I came in and once it was my turn, they were friendly, went to the shelf and grabbed the capacitor that I needed based on the picture I took.
The price was much better than what I found online before going there.
Keep these folks in mind when you need HVAC parts because they're obviously popular with the contractors, they have a huge selection and they treat their customers like customers which isn't always the case.

If you're not a contractor don't bother going here. Bins mostly empty and staff super unhelpful and not friendly.

Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable and also had the best prices compared to 2 other companies that quoted me for the same Mitsubishi 18K BTU units.
I highly recommend!

Im still wondering how this hvac supply is still open. Customer service is very bad. Their warranty process is very complicated. I brought the part under warranty to get exchange, they said you have to pay and fill out the warranty online. I use Jonstone Supply, their warranty process is easy and they take care of everything right away and no Pay.
