Jim & Josiah were wonderful. They disassembled our old bed, carefully removed it from the house and loaded it into their truck to haul it away. Then they unpacked our new mattresses (came in parts) and setup our new bed. Their attention to details was phenomenal! I highly recommend them.

Overall; Clean Slate Junk Removal was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely professional, arrived well within the time frame, offered to make a return trip if everything didn’t fit in the truck they needed to use. However; Tetris masters Jim and Antony were able to fit all of our “junk” in their truck. We are moving and this was the last bit of junk we needed to get rid of. They were incredible and exceeded our expectations of junk removal.

Jim and Erik did an amazing job today helping me clear out my apartment. We had quite a bit of furniture to get rid of and they were efficient, super courteous, and great to work with. Thanks so much!!!

Been needing someone to remove the junk I’ve accumulated over the years. Fortunately, Jim the owner is a neighbor and was able to do the job. Got a very affordable accurate quote. They were able to remove my stuff the following week as scheduled. Very professional. Highly recommend!!

Josiah and his team did an exceptional job both removing the junk from an apartment that a tenant abandoned, and also providing deep cleaning services.

Josiah in particular demonstrated an attention to detail and a focus on quality service that was amazing. He took extra effort check all of the work, multiple times, to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They cleaned windows, scrubbed walls, mopped floors, polished the water heater (a completely grease covered mess, due to it's location by the stove and apparent lack of ever being cleaned by the tenant... See the photo). Anything I notice, big or small, was attentively addressed.

Although my project was not the biggest, I have no doubt that they can can handle anything.

The service was absolutely AMAZING!! For any junk I have in the future, I will be sure to call Clean Slate Junk Removal again. I had three trash bags and a hefty 10x8 ft rug that I needed gone that I had kept for weeks without a way of getting rid of it. Immediately, once I was able to get a quote on the price, we set up a date and it was gone in the morning without hassle. They quickly and efficiently picked up my rug and trash bags of miscellaneous items, and were on their way to the dump. Both Zack and Josiah were both very personable and had great attitudes and were very positive about the whole thing while they rolled up the rug. What had taken me days and days of time, they wrapped up in around 10 minutes, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. When needed, I will be using their services again. They were on time and the communication was exemplary. And the price for their services wasn't bad at all and very reasonable. Thank you so much, Clean Slate Junk Removal! You have a new customer!

The impression left by this company is not professional at all. This company thought it was a great idea to come into a large neighborhood about 6:30 am and pick up a neighbors rented canister. The beeping sound of the vehicle in reverse, the hydraulic noise, as well as the slamming of metal disturbed the surrounding neighborhood. This dragged on for at least 30 minutes. They were rude and disrespectful. Needless to say I will not recommend or use this company in the future.

I dealt with company two weeks ago and they need new delivery men. I had two porter johns delivered for an event the day before. The two guys that delivered them had no equipment to get them off the truck, they also refused to push the porter johns 20 feet to the locations they were supposed to be in. To make matters worse, they were over 36 hours late for pick up . I had to talk to so many people to get a small refund.

First time there with about 6 months or so of cans. Signs are easy to see, plenty of carts, dump them in to the crusher and got my receipt for 10lbs. Machine scans it and you get cash. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Raleigh Metal Recycling is the place my husband and I have been going to for years to sell our scrap metal because they have great scrap metal prices per pound. We have a small business and sell copper and aluminum once a month. We even save up our aluminum cans and sell them as well. I wanted to write today because yesterday we sold a junk car for the first time. It was great. We were in and out fast, and their team was really friendly. I don't know why they call it a Junk Yard. It is not even a Salvage Yard. It is a great Raleigh Recycling Center. It is amazing that this great scrap metal place is right here in North Carolina, good old NC! The guy in the yard that directed us is really cute!

I called and spoke to carmen and she directed me to a pickup service for appliances that yall have. What a great service this is for the community and a great group of guys that were very professional and have reasonable prices . Kenny and his guys were awesome and I will refer them to all my friends if they need his services. Thank y'all for everything.

Scraped some copper AC coils this past weekend, Have not used my account in a long time, Sierra was fantastic, helped me set up a new acct, rest of the staff was courteous, great attitudes, got me in and out.
Highly recommend any HVAC professional that need to scrap copper.

Great place! Sold a bunch of copper today. Had great scrap metal prices per pound. I saw they also buy Aluminum cans and old appliances. What a great place. I thought they just bought Junk cars, but it turns out that not only by copper, but batteries, computers, electronics and more.

Raleigh Scrap Metal Recycling is amazing. I am not in NC a lot, but went there today...copper and aluminum prices per pound were very good in this bad market. Service was better then great. Could not believe how clean this place was for a scrap yard, junkyard. There are not many companies near me that buy junk cars and salvage cars, but saw they do. Impressive.

Wonderful service!!! After getting into a wreck with my boyfriend that totalled my car today, I got it towed here to scrap it. My tow driver dropped it off in the parking lot (with a dead battery), so we couldnt drive it to the weigh station. The woman at the front desk called a man named Rodney to come move the car for us, and in the meantime, she even brought me water when I started to feel nauseous out of nowhere and made sure I was ok. As Rodney loaded up my car, another man came out to tell us we seemed like a very nice couple and would cover the towing price for Rodney to move our car!!! I never got his name or the name of the woman and young man at the front desk who talked to us, but I can't get over how nice and helpful everyone was!!! Even the woman at the weighing station itself was sweet and helpful as can be!! I can't recommend this place enough if you ever need anything scrapped, you will not be disappointed with the timeliness and helpfulness!!!

Truck with plate #PXA1541 pulled out into on coming traffic, completely ignored the stop sign and ran a car in front of me off the road. Call the office and they could have cared less.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great way to get a little extra cash for your household metal that might normally end up in the trash. They pay you for your scrap metal, and if you are unsure about what kind of metal you are scraping they will educate you about the differences.... for example scrap steel vs. copper drop cords. The better you separate the different metals the better your return is.

Great scrap metal prices at this place. We brought in copper gutters that we had to take out. Saw they are buy computers, appliances, batteries and electronics. Seems like they have good prices. Also, I was impressed by how clean the place was. I was expecting a messy junkyard. It was as they write. A major Raleigh Recycling Center. Impressive and hi-tech place with all the digital scales.

Dave Goyan picked up metal for me on several occasions and handled selling it through Raleigh Metal. I got fair prices and great service. Have recommended to several friends. Do not hesitate to give them a call!!!
