I got a price of $200 just to come check out some light switches and that was just to come and diagnose them. Usually most companies will include that 200 if you hire them. I am lost of words. I will not call back

Disclaimer- this is in reference to a home warranty policy and direct communication with SES. SES was also aware of the issue I had with the previously scheduled electrical company.

SES informed me yesterday that they would be here at 10am this morning. By direct communication with SES and providing all Home Warranty information, SES did not like what my warranty company had to say. Rather than informing me, they did nothing. No communication back to me until I called 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive.

Had issues with the home warranty company’s first electrician because they also failed to communicate with me regarding the time and date of service provided by the electrician. I took a day off of work last Friday for the other company to no show. SES was informed of my issues yesterday, with the previous company, and chose to do the same. I’m sorry, but this is an integrity issue for me.

Response to reply- I provided you the information you requested. Had it not been sufficient for you, I would have expected a call back to work something out, instead of a no show. Picture clearly shows the expected service charge. Unfortunately, you didn’t respond. I hope you do learn from this experience.

They’re very responsive with call backs and great about keeping the customer informed when it comes to scheduling or any changes that come up. Friendly, knowledgeable people! Outstanding service. Thank you for your help. The man arrived almost at midnight to help me with my emergency with the fuse box. He identify the real problem in my electric issue, and it was the A/C. Robbie Patterson answered our after hours call and was able to provide assistance over the phone that very well may have prevented a fire at our home. He showed up bright and early the next morning, went and pulled permits and did everything in his power to get our power back on same day knowing we have a 6 month old in our home. Called SES and made an appointment for annual service on my Generac home generator. Robbie arrived on the scheduled date and completed the service with no issues. Extremely happy with the ease of making an appointment and professional work that was completed. I have now signed up for the annual inspection and service package, Robbie was a true professional, completed the job on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. I’m very happy with SES and look forward to having them protect my generator for the foreseeable future.

I had a great experience using Shalonda's Electrical Service! They came within 24 hours of me contacting them even though it wasn't an emergency when we were having issues with a circuit breaker controlling some of our lights. It turned out to be a very simple quick fix of a grounding wire and he was generous enough to charge me significantly less than the agreed upon diagnosis fee and couldn't have been nicer about. Will definitely call them again if we have any electrical issues!

Robbie is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician who I highly recommend for any home electrical remodeling or repair project. SES installed new heated flooring, 400 AMP electrical panel upgrade, new outlets, switches, cabinet lighting, recessed lighting and fixed previously bad electrical work to bring my home up to building code. We passed our building inspection and he kept in contact with the building inspector. He’s very flexible and will work with you on any unexpected issues you may encounter.

Robbie did an amazing job on my screened in porch ceiling fan. Was very professional knew exactly what the project entailed talked me through it. Looks amazing great price definitely recommend if you need electrician. Already booked another visit . Don’t try anyone else.

Shalonda’s Electrical Service installed a 30 amp RV power receptical box on the outside of our house.

They're quote for the job was exceptionally reasonably priced, (almost half what two other competitors quoted). Their installation was also much simpler and elegant than the other companies.

There were a couple of scheduling hiccups but Robbie was in text contact with me to let me know when he would arrive to do the job.

Robbie quickly and safely installed the required breakers, the recommended GFI plug receptical in the garage and the outside receptical box within 4 hours.

I tested all installed recepticals. All work as expected.

Robbie even took the time to fully clean up after himself.
