Our spray booth was down due to a broken switch. We had contacted another company to do the repair. After waiting days with still no repair and desperate to get back to work, I called M. R. Stoner Electric. We had such a good experience start to finish. First, Elaine answered the phone - no leaving a voicemail and waiting for a call back!! She sent Jerry and Jose out the same day and they had us up and running in no time. Both men were polite and quickly fixed our switch. Price was fair. We will definitely call Stoner Electric first from now on!

On July 27, 2021 the weather head on my above ground electrical pole fell. I reached out to Duke Progress who told me it was my responsibility to repair. I have the add on electrical services they offer and the contractor contacted me and came on the 27th. Unfortunately that was the first and last time I heard from them even after I called and attempted to follow-up. I called M.R. Stoner on Thursday morning the 29th. Elaine advised she would get someone out that day to take a look at the job. Ryan arrived just as she stated talked me through everything that would need to happen. We discussed replacing the pole, meter box and breaker box all other necessary parts. He said he would get me a quote that evening but he did have two additional jobs to go to. I reached out to Elaine she assured me she would have a quote for me and an appointment time the next day. She delivered due to scheduling with the power company, inspector and getting the pole it would be Wednesday August 4, 2021. John & David arrived as promised they had to wait on the power company. They explained what was going to take place I advised I needed to leave to call me when they were done . I returned to find beautiful "new everything"! I was very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism that I received. I will definitely be calling M.R. Stoner for all of my electrical needs! Thank you for a job well done.

15 years ago, luck brought me into contact with M.R. Stoner Electric. I was new to my job in real estate development and knew nothing except that if I didn't have power to a sales trailer, I was in trouble. Marty Stoner showed up and immediately calmed my nerves. He took care of all my electric needs and we passed inspection the next day. I have used M.R. Stoner ever since that day and have never been let down. The entire organization is amazing from the top down. Marty's wife, Elaine, is a saint. I needed some help with another sales trailer this past weekend. I sent Elaine an email on Sunday morning, hoping she would get to it Monday. Within 30 minutes, she had emailed and called me and sent a technician to help me...ON A SUNDAY. Billy, the technician, is another example of the quality of M.R. Stoner. Not only did he fix my problem, he went out of his way to give me little tidbits that I could use in the future to save money and time.

I often question reviews and wonder if they are written by an affiliate of the company or service that is reviewed. That is not the case here, my personal experiences have led me here to write a review because they deserve it. I will not use another electrician and I would advise anyone to give them a chance. Marty, Elaine, Billy and the entire M.R.Stoner crew will take care of you.

I can not express how deeply impressed I am with M.R. Stoner Electric. The communication, customer service skills of their team and the quality of the installation were beyond all expectations.

It starts with calling them for a quote, Angie and Elaine make certain to assure you they understand what you need in all of its complexity. For my scheduled appointment for a quote, they where right on time, showing they respect their customers time and their level of professionalism.

The team member that came to quote the work, Ryan, was super nice. When he left I had complete confidence that the work that they would preform would not only be a clean install but safe. We found their pricing to be right inline with other companies in the area, if not a little better.

The install was very clean and well done. Ryan and his assistant did not cut any corners and show they not only take pride in their work but also care about their customer and their customers homes, any truly great to chat with.

Finally came the inspection, their team setup the inspection for the electrical work and the HVAC work to assist us in getting permits closed out so we could wrap this project.

We really enjoyed our experience and we will be using their services again.

My husband and I use M.R. Stoner at our house any time any electrical work comes up. This is the best electrical company ever. So professional and caring, and the work is truly top notch. I recommend them to anyone who ever needs an electrician.

We had M.R. Stoner do our electrical work when we moved from our 2500 sq ft store to our 10,000 sq ft store. This company is AWESOME! Showed up on time, gave us constant updates about the progress of the project, and finished up as projected. They even cleaned up everything before departing. We won't use another electrician ever!

Honestly, the price was excellent. Beats the local competition in both price, integrity, communication, and ability. I had a huge job that needed taken care of. We have had M R Stoner on a couple of occasions for service. We cannot stress enough how pleased we are with their courtesy and service.

Office staff is professional and work was performed on time and without any issues. The quality of work was excellent. M.R. Stoner Electric, Inc. is Super friendly! I called about having a transfer switch installed at our house. I can't remember their names. Some of the most professional individuals took a few minutes to suggest different ways to install the switch. Whenever I have something requiring an electrician, M.R. Derrick and Micheal did a tremendous job with some work on a residential kitchen. They were professional, personable, communicative, and did their best t make sure I got just what I wanted and minimize damage. Highly recommended.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Made an inquiry online looking for electrical assistance and got a call within 5 minutes. They were able to send an electrician the same day. Adam and Mike (aka Burrito) arrived and were courteous and professional. They listened to what I needed and quickly went to work solving my issues. M R Stoner Electric did work for me and I am very pleased. They gave me a detailed estimate and completed all the work I needed in a timely and professional manner. In my calls I spoke to Sheila and she is great, always so kind and cheerful.

We have used M.R. Stoner Electric about five or six times and each time they were called the electricians came out within 15 minutes of their expected time. Prior to their arriving we received a telephone call from the electricians indicating their exact time of arrival. When they did arrive they were courteous, friendly, and very interested in the project at hand. They knew the basics of what we wanted done and after giving them a full explanation of what we needed they have always provided a cost estimate prior to beginning work. Company prices are very competitive. We have been satisfied with their prices.
They provide superior customer service from the time of making the initial call to completion of the project. John, Michael, and Ryan have been in our home three times this year - they have been helpful, courteous, and offer suggestions. The ladies in the office are very kind and helpful when you call to set an appointment. They work hard to set up a time convenient with your schedule. An excellent company with outstanding employees. We would not use another company of our electrical needs. Certainly, a five star firm!

I called M.R. Stoner based on their Google reviews and wasn't disappointed. I just purchased a house and had a few issues that I needed them to investigate and fix, if necessary. The first four items they looked at had clear problems. The guys were very informative and showed me everything they looked at and explained what they were doing to repair it. I feel safer in my home and am so appreciative that they were able to take care of all of it. I felt that I got good value for my money and there were no surprises. Additionally, I talked to them about some other "wants" I had around the house and they walked me through what each thing would require and showed me affordable options for some things that I thought were going to be real pains to take care of. I highly recommend M.R. Stoner!

M.R.Stoner was responsive to my needs and worked with me to get the system I wanted. The emergency generator was ordered and as soon as possible the installation was started. The electricians who worked on the installation were polite and followed my wishes about how I wanted the power from the house run. They did a good job and I got what I wanted. It has been a pleasure to work with s good group of professionals. I have contacted Stoner several times since the installation with questions which were answered as promptly as possible.

Derrick and James were sent out to inspect and repair my electrical issue. They were very polite and professional, showed a genuine concern about resolving my issue and they did find and fix my issue. I was very impressed by these guys. I definitely will be referring and calling this company and requesting these guys when the need arises. Extremely satisfied!
