The WORSE service. The man that answers the phone is very nasty and rude. They will not return phone calls. The person name Obey avoids phone calls. Ripped elderly lady off over charging for unnecessary freon he put in a leaking coil. I have told everyone DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

The best service I have ever had. On time, professional, and nice! Even walked me through a problem over the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Simple bypass of a pump switch and now ac works again! Happy,Happy,Happy!!!

Southern Homes Heating & Air is top notch. We've dealt with them on 2 different issues and they have been quick and courteous both times. Justin is rare in the business world- an honest good guy and he hires the same. The guys were quiet at the house and respectful of our space. Southern Homes is the only company we will use going forward!

On Tuesday morning I called Southern Homes after our furnace was diagnosed with a cracked heat exchanger. The owner, Justin Chambers, came out at 1:00 to meet and gave me a proposal on the spot for a complete new system. I accepted it the next morning and Justin quickly ordered and got the equipment in that same day. On Thursday morning, the 3rd day, Southern Homes delivered the equipment. They removed the old system, installed the new and had us up and running before they left that day. We were out of heat for 2 cold nights but they took care of us as quickly as it could have been done. We appreciate their concern for us and efficiency to turn around the job quickly. I was very impressed with Justin, his wife Ashley, and his team of installers. Bryson, Will and Tanner were all very friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. I was very glad that they had been recommended to me and I highly recommend them also.

Have had two great experiences with Southern Heating and Air. Both times they came out and got the problem fixed quickly. Both techs have been nice and friendly. Today Justin talked me through what was going on and got our heat going in no time. Will continue to use them and recommend to others!

Great first experience with Southern Homes. I really trusted the techs that came out to assess the issue. Although we ended up having to replace the whole system, it felt like they did their best to help get it done right. The guys that replaced the system were very friendly and did a great job. We’re very happy with their work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had many quotes done and Tanner was the best! He wasn’t a salesperson he just was down to earth and plain and simple told us what we needed and the price. He was very knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about. Ashley in the office is also so wonderful! I know customers aren’t the easiest to deal with and she was amazing and also so down to earth. Ethan came to pick up the money and save me a trip to their office which was great for this busy mom! Lastly Will and Bryson came and installed it and I think they left my house cleaner than when they got here! They were so polite and so nice. Even played peek a boo with my curious baby. Awesome experience all around. Had upstairs AC go out on Thursday afternoon as I’m sure a lot of folks did as it was the first hot day of the year. Spoke to Ashley the next morning. She was incredibly helpful and had someone come out within an hour! Tanner was professional and efficient. Also explained everything to me very well. Will absolutely use Southern Homes again. Also, can’t beat a local and trustworthy company just up the road from my house!

Southern Homes came out today and put in a new AC for the basement and everything went smooth. The guys were very professional! I would highly recommend this company and when I need my upstairs AC replaced I'm calling Southern Homes Heating & Air!!!

Southern Homes came out yesterday 7-29 24 and replaced our upstairs unit. This company is the best!! Our unit stopped working last Monday. Tanner came out the next day and earlier than expected. We decided that a new unit was needed and he got a quote for me within minutes. Southern Homes loaned us a portable AC for our bedroom which was AWESOME!! All the guys work hard and are very professional. This is the only company that we will use. Thank you Southern Homes for another great experience!

HVAC died on Saturday night. Called these guys first thing Sunday morning and left a message. They called back within 5 minutes and came out 3 hours later. Technician knew his stuff and had cold air blowing less than an hour after arriving. I was so impressed with the service I signed up for their service contract which has many great benefits. I am incredibly impressed with the prompt and professional service I received from the owners and staff at Southern Homes Heating & Air today. When I called about an issue with my upstairs HVAC system, they responded immediately and sent a technician out right away. Tanner, the technician, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem: a backed-up drain line on the evaporator coil that triggered the safety switch, cutting the power. Tanner flushed the lines and added a union for future cleanings, and explained the entire process all in about an hour. I highly recommend Tanner and Southern Homes Heating & Air for their first class service.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer focus everyone had. The rates are very reasonable, and the repair was completed in a little over 2 hrs. The tech managed to me about $900 dollars with his work! I would recommend this team!

We’ve had a great experience. They got us on the schedule very quickly. Tanner came to identify the problem we were having with our air conditioning unit, and then came back to fix the problems on the same day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend Southern Homes. They have been working with us since last year trying to save our a/c unit and this year was finally the time we had to replace it. We got multiple quotes and Southern was right in line with everyone else, even a little cheaper and offered great options for financing. Their communication is quick and helpful, and their entire tech team from repair to installation were friendly and respectful. They were great with my dog who wanted to follow them around, which says alot!
