We recently had to have our heat pump replaced. Justin came to our home and answered all of our questions and gave us quotes for a new unit. He was polite and professional. They came and installed the heat pump the next week. All of his employees were also polite, professional, and respectful of our home. And cleaned up when they were done.
Ashley, who works in the office, answered all of our questions and filed all of the paperwork for us.

We received proposals from four vendors. All were good, and we think we would have been happy with any of them. But Southern Homes was the one we chose, based on Consumer Reports tests and ratings of American Standard products, plus price and the overall proposal- value plus service. Installation went well, just as promised. Good guys, good service.

Such a great experience with these guys. We were having issues with our outside unit not cutting on properly and they were able to come out same day and take care of the issue. It was a great decision by contacting these professionals. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have their air conditioning or heating looked at.

My parents recently had a new A/C system installed. We couldn't be more pleased with our three man Install Team. Wesley, Will, and Bryson were professional, efficient, respectful, and worked so well together (and on a 90 degree day). Once the job was completed they patiently explained everything they'd done and the operaton of the new thermostat. From my initial contact with Ashley, the quote process with Tanner, and the installation, I was reminded why Southern Homes Heating & Air is the absolute best in the business. Our air conditioning died over the weekend and I reached out to Southern Homes. They were able to get to my house just a handful of hours later and fixed the issue almost immediately. Tanner was so wonderful to work with. He took great care with everything in the house, including wearing booties and being extra polite throughout the whole transaction.

I highly recommend Southern Homes Heating & Air. The tech Tanner showed up exactly on time and was professional and efficient. I was having my HVAC system checked for the first time ever since I purchased it 7 years ago. I didn’t know what to expect.Tanner explained everything he was doing and the results of what he found. He made suggestions to me on settings that I had incorrect and double filters that were not needed straining my system. All and all an excellent experience. I will use them again.

Justin Chambers is, without question, the absolute best HVAC contractor I know. His company has serviced my HVAC equipment since 2019, and just this week replaced a 15-year old system. Unlike the past HVAC contractor I used, Justin actually preformed a load calculation to size my new unit.

When my A/C goes out, Ashley always makes sure that I have an appointment the same day and is just the sweetest soul. Tanner is absolutely AMAZING! He always takes his time to find the cause of the problem and makes sure that I understand what is going on. There truly are no words to describe how amazing this company is!

If you are thinking about using a different HVAC company… don’t! Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of summer. The first company I called recommended refilling the expensive refrigerant as a temporary fix and/or replacing the entire system for 19k. Later in the day, I called Southern Homes for a second opinion. Jennifer, Tanner and Ethan worked together to help us out ASAP and were able to fix our unit same day. Turned out, all we needed was a common part replacement and now our AC works again. Incredibly professional, honest and fairly priced. I will be calling Southern Homes from now on.

Awesome company! Come home from work on Friday afternoon to no A/C. Called Southern Homes and left voicemail. Within 30 minutes got a call back saying tech would send me a text when they were on the way. Not long after that I got text message and he was in the driveway. Problem was diagnosed quickly solution and pricing was clearly communicated. Was told this was a major repair but it could be fixed the next day. The next day tech was at my home on time and went to work. He had my A/C back running in no time. Price was reasonable work was excellent and customer service was excellent! This is the hvac company you need. Sign up for the service plan and get a few perks as well as making sure your unit is running its best.

Had two units replaced by Southern Homes Heating & Air. They were great from the initial consultation to the install. Felt like they cared the most about what my needs were and able to save us from July heatwave with being able to schedule same week.
