Highly recommend Southern Homes HVAC. They came out to our home during a snow storm and were very efficient with offering an economical solution/fix. Never felt their approach was predatory. Awesome company!

We came home from vacation and realized one of our heating units wasn’t producing heat. After getting a referral for this company, we called and they scheduled an appointment right away. They even arrived a little early after calling to confirm we were available. Tanner, the technician, diagnosed the issue immediately and had everything fixed in no time. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism and respect for our time. Highly recommend this company for their prompt and reliable service.

Justin was very thorough and even came out a second time to measure our home to ensure we were getting the right equipment. He was very quick to respond to any challenging questions my husband asked, with a well thought out answer. His team worked diligently and provided us with updates throughout the process. Upon completion they ensured we knew exactly how to operate everything and left their work space cleaner than they found it. We are very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Justin and the Southern Homes team. We have worked with Southern Homes for about 10 + years. When we moved to our new home, we knew that we would continue with maintenance with them. Recently we have had issues with mold and moisture in the home. I messaged Ashley at the office and she sent Justin, the owner, over to assess what was happening. He knew immediately that our unit was oversized and he ran a very thorough load calculation and then explained why the mold and moisture issues were happening (unit was short cycling and not getting humidity out of the house). We ended up having to have the whole unit and ductwork replaced asl well as all the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. We moved out while the HVAC work and then mold remediation was done. Justin and Ashley worked with us every step of the way, keeping us updated on progress, explaining the process and sending me pictures. They also work closely with the team who was doing the remediation of the mold. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who work on our house but to Tanner, Ethan and the rest of the Team…thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of our home and for making this stressful time a little easier. I will never buy another home without Justin and the Southern team checking our unit and ductwork first.

Couldn't ask for better service. Installed new air handler & heat pump, looks and runs great. Removed old system & cleaned up like it was never there. Answered all my questions and workmen's ship was excellent. The price I paid was below what I expected and lifetime workmanship warranty. Highly recommend Southern Home Heating and Air.

Our heat went out and needed to be replaced. They have weekend emergency service and the new system was installed in about a half a day on Wednesday following the weekend. Basically had to wait 2 business days which was really not bad at all. The crew were all very nice and explained the new system how it works before leaving of course. I would recommend them and the heat feels so good. Hopefully the summer air will be great too!

Great experience overall, Justin came out to try to troubleshoot our old unit and ultimately we needed to replace after other company couldn't fix after three weeks. Justin came out the day I called and they installed the next day. Exceptional customer service made it easy for my mom, thank you Justin, Bryson, Chris, Noah and the rest if the team for saving the day!!! There's a reason they have ~350 reviews with 5 stars.

We were referred by our HVAC service because he was medically unavailable. Our heat had stopped working at 3:00 AM. Tanner arrived about 10:30 AM and tested and reset the system. He was knowledgeable and told us what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and returned that same afternoon. We are so impressed with the services and highly recommend Southern Homes and both Tanner and Ashley for their efforts on our behalf. Excellent experience! Thank you.

There is a very high chance that they might restore your trust with humanity again. Ashley, Justin, Will, Chris, Noah, and Andy have all worked together so well to deliver an exemplary and high quality job. From diagnosing our OLD HVAC’s serious issues, arriving at the well-informed decision of choosing the right New Unit, seamless installation of it, and even up to making sure that the unit is functioning well and that the area is clean before leaving. Respectful, has word of honor, compassionate, very knowledgeable and skilled, and has high level of workmanship are few of the words that I can think to describe their staff. I’m sure I can add more very positive descriptions about them if I get another chance to review their company. Oh, and they even have gone above and beyond by helping us with other stuff that they did not have to do but did out of compassion and the desire to do great service.
