58 foundations did an outstanding job. From the free inspection to the finished project. Super impressed with Everyone's work ethic and professionalism. Johnathan, the sales guy, went under the house and spent 2 hrs coming up with a solution to the problem. Johnathan, the forman and crew, did an outstanding job putting that plan into action. Everyone on the team should get a raise/bonus/paid time off or all 3. They listen to my concerns and executed. Good job guys.

I was so impressed with '58 Foundations & Waterproofing, and especially with Nathan, who came out and inspected our basement. Scheduling was extremely easy, and Nathan was able to be at our house just a few days after I called. Once he arrived, he was extremely professional and friendly, and dispensed some practical, honest, and actionable advice to address our concerns. Although we don't need to go the route of a full waterproofing just yet, when we do, we will *definitely* call Nathan back!

Jared came and did an inspection for us be very professional very knowledgeable very straightforward in his approach. And was able to help us understand what he was inspecting and what he was looking for. Highly recommended for your foundation crawl space basement needs.

Very disappointed with work that they performed. Was told by salesman that flooring would be fixed from bay window to end of sink. DIDN’T HAPPEN. When my husband reached out to salesman. he had the nerve to ask if he wanted pricing for floor that wasn’t fixed. Very upset, disappointed and dissatisfied with work performed by 58 Foundations.

Robert came to our house today for an inspection. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Good guy. We will definitely be calling them back for any questions or concerns. 5 Stars

Michael, Terrill, and Demarco were fabulous. They were punctual, polite, and did a great job.

The crew, Jorge, Luis, & John, did a great job installing a french drain & sump pump. That sounds like an easy job, but it's what had to happen before they could install the system. It was cleaning the crawl space, treating for mold, digging and putting down a vapor barrier. All of this was a very dirty & muddy job. Jorge, Luis, & John are very hard workers and work great together as a team.

I called 58 Foundations and Waterproofing for a problem I have. Nathan Cranfill came and evaluated my problem. He gave me assurance and put me at ease about the problem I have going on. By the end of the visit not only was I given a solution for my situation but I also felt as though a friend was looking out for me. Thanks Nathan, may every customer have a pleasant experience as I had.

Joe, Jonathon and Matt did a great job and are very personable. It’s so good looking down through the crawl space that was dull and dirty and see a completely clean white area. Hopefully, there wil not be any crawl space issues going forward.

Michael actively listened to my concerns about our crawl space then professionally inspected and explained corrective actions. The team completed all actions as described and were done ahead of schedule. Our experience with 58 Foundations was outstanding. Definitely recommend them for any crawl space encapsulation project.

UPDATE: It was all great until it wasn’t. Post installation my salesman toured the project & insisted the 2 discharge drains were much too close to the house (less than 2’) & would be moved 8-10’ away. After months of trying to resolve the matter, it’s obviously never going to happen so today I decided to officially give up. It’s very disappointing after having had such a great initial experience. But nobody likes being repeatedly ignored, especially after spending over $30K on a project. Maybe having the discharges so close won’t cause me any problems (?) - it sure would’ve been nice to hear that from them though.

We had our crawl space done about 7 months ago. We no longer notice a musty smell in the areas above the crawl space. And we can now use the space to store things because the humidity is well controlled with the dehumidifier. It was a great decision to have it done and '58 Foundations did a great job.

I am so glad I stumbled across 58 Foundations for my leaking basement. We had several other companies out to give us an estimate but from start to finish 58 Foundations was amazing!! Robert came out to look around and he was honest, straight forward and took his time to show me why and where my basement was leaking. Within 2 weeks they had a crew out here to install a sump pump, dehumidifier and moisture barrier.

Johnnie Best from 58 Foundation came and inspected my crawlspace. As always, he does a great job inspecting and adjusted my dehumidifier. He also checked for any maintenance concerns.

Nathan was exactly on time, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the crawl space, and surrounding areas. I learned more about the process and what causes problems in the time he was here, then I could have imagined. Well Spoken and Honest. I would recommend anyone calling for an estimate and answers to ask for him. Very much enjoyed my experience.

Excellent experience working with 58 foundation. After some initial issues with my first crawl space dehumidifier they helped fix the problem in a quick and timely way. Johnnie Best was an excellent technician that helped explain the problem and was their the very next day to fix it!

My crawl space dehumidifier was replaced with a new one. My service advisor, Mason Moore, was prompt and informative, and he provided me with good feedback about my current sump pump as well.

We've worked with several companies over the years of home ownership and I'd say this was one of the worst experiences. In a nutshell, the salesman came out and gave the quote told us they could be out the week after next - that wasn't the case and we were working with a deadline of having family move in with us. Due to a cancellation, they were able to get us on the schedule and we were told it would be a solid 2 days on installation due to the size of the project...that wasn't the case. The installers were done in one day. We were told the barrier would go 4 inches down from the top...that wasn't the case. We contacted the company immediately after the work was done to inform them that it wasn't done to the specifications that were quoted and that there were tears in the barrier. They said they couldn't come out the next day because they had another job...interesting as they told us it would be a 2 day install so they should have had that second day blocked for us. The salesman was giving me one excuse after another as to why he was delayed in responding to our call. The installer came out to tape over the tears they made and told us that the install was done based on the size of the roll of the fabric. They were resistant in coming out to do the job correctly and said the salesman didn't know what he was talking about. They tried to offer us a nominal amount to not come back out to fix it, however, the compensation wasn't adequate and we wanted the work done that we contracted for. Eventually after much back and forth, they came out and added the additional inches of barrier that we had paid for. As we began to put items back under the house, we've come across more cuts in the barrier. They did leave us a little bit of tape and fabric so we can fix ourselves but for paying almost $12K, you'd expect the job to be done right the first time. I would NOT recommend this company, not only for their lack of workmanship but they way they were blaming each other - very unprofessional all the way around.

We were very pleased with 58 Foundations. Alex listened closely to our needs, prepared a plan of action, and didn't up-sell us. The final price was very reasonable. This is probably the first stage of renovating our crawlspace, so I look forward to working with 58 Foundations again in the future. Gotta leave a great note about the 58 Crew who worked in our crawlspace yesterday. Jorge, John, and the two Luises were confident and expert, suited up and ready to rock. In about four hours they had carefully cleaned out our gross old insulation and rotten vapor barrier and had the crawlspace completely renewed. It is so bright and clean in there you could do surgery. They left us a little bit of extra flooring for touch-ups, and they neatly carted all the refuse away. As soon as they pulled away, the neighbors were all asking what they did, and I was proud to show off my new clean and insulated crawlspace, thanks to 58 Foundations. Great crew! Great experience! Would recommend!
