We are very impressed with the experience we had with our Sales Rep, Nathan Cranfill, of '58 Foundations & Waterproofing. He went above and beyond to help us understand all of the factors that are contributing to our water and foundational issues and helped us decide the best plan to remediate them. He took time to answer all of our questions even after his initial visit. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and he is one of the reasons we chose to go with this company out of all the estimates we received. Lauren Sears was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the Upgrade financing options for our project. Nikki was very pleasant and worked around our busy schedule to get this project scheduled for us. We've had a great experience so far, and will follow up on this review once the work has been completed.

Well the work is done and we are absolutely amazed at what Jason and his crew (Demarco & Lamar) were able to accomplish within a week! They were professional, prompt, and provided daily updates on how the project was coming along. They treated our belongings and property with care. They spent time answering all of our questions and were meticulous in the details of their work every step of the way, including the clean up. Lawrence followed up for a quality check the week after the work was complete. He inspected the basement, made sure we were completely satisfied with the results, and that all of our questions had been answered. Our basement looks wonderful! They exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this company to anyone!! In fact, we have already done so. Thank you ‘58 Foundations for taking what seemed to be an overwhelming task and making it an easy checkbox on our home project list!

Nathan was awesome. He showed up on time, very polite and respectful. He did a walkthrough around my property and provided suggestions without pressure. While there's no major issues I will certainly keep 58 Foundation as my contact should an issue comes about. He provided peace of mind.

Jonathan S. gave me a break down of the process that he and his team would be doing to fix my high Humidity under my house. They done a great job. I feel confident that my issues was taken care of. My crawlspace looks clean and sealed. Once again, outstanding job.

I wanted to have the crawl space encapsulated for 2 houses. I called the other business that advertises all the time first. I told them that I wanted a good price and I would let them have the job. The price they gave me was crazy high. I was telling a friend and he said call 58 Foundations & Waterproofing. I’m glad that I did. Jered was sent to do the inspection and quote the jobs. 58 Foundations & Waterproofing did a great job and saved me $15,000. Also want to say that Jered was very professional and extremely knowledgeable answering any questions I had with great detail.

I recently had 58 Foundations fully encapsulated my crawlspace and have a dehumidifier installed. Its been just 4 months but I had some questions and wanted to make sure that I knew how to check on the filters and drainage. 58 Foundations immediately sent Johnnie Best and Lamar Riley to my home. I must say these 2 men where the BEST EVER and I feel that they went above and beyond making sure I understood everything. I am so happy and pleased that I was able to work with these guys. We had five different companies come out for quotes, and we ultimately chose 58 Foundations for our crawlspace encapsulation—and we’re so glad we did. Todd was incredibly helpful during the consultation, walking us through cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

Lawrence and his crew did an outstanding job. Their work was meticulous, and the pricing was very reasonable. The liner they installed is thick, high-quality, and extremely tear-resistant. A plumbing crew came through just days later, and you’d never know it—they even commented on how well-done and easy to work in the space was.

They also installed an Aprilaire dehumidifier, one of the top brands available, and within just a few hours the entire crawlspace felt dry and comfortably cool. I had some initial concerns about the unit being strapped to the joists with wire, but there’s absolutely no vibration felt through the floor—none of the issues some people worry about.

This was truly an A+ job from an A+ company. Highly recommended!
