We had Claudio of CCR Renovation Services put in new hardwood flooring in our living room. They did a fantastic job! They also did a superb job carpet cleaning. The carpet looks brand new! Claudio did an amazing job finding the perfect hardwood flooring for us, was amazing with his prompt communication and has a beyond friendly demeanor. Terrible customer service, Alex is the manger over this branch and does not return calls when needing service and apparently is never in the shop to work on your equipment but can meet you in the field to get the opportunity to charge you more , do not recommend this company and will not purchase another hotsy due to the lack of support in my area.

These guys are the real deal. I've delt with powerwasher dealers for 20+ years and these guys are the ones I prefer. Great customer service and all out good people. A+++

From scheduling to the service technicians that cleaned out my gutters, Brightview was on point. Truly appreciate the customer service.

My house looks amazing! I had it pressure washed and my windows cleaned. The service was great, Sam, Matt and Chase were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Brightview Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing.

They came earlier than expected and did a great job!! Pricing is very good and second time I have used this company. Will call them again to do my windows. Looks amazing!!

Bobby and Austin were honest and really nice. They shot straight with me, recommending what I needed and letting me know what would have been overkill, so they ended up saving me some money. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. The house looks beautiful too.

All that being said, a few days later we noticed that the bleach water killed a huge section of grass spanning my front yard and even into my neighbor’s yard. Not sure if there was any way to avoid that, but it would have been nice to have been given a clearer warning or some tips on how to treat the lawn immediately after the fact to mitigate the damage.

Also, I was surprised that the company used my water as many companies have their own water tanks. The water pressure in my home was weak for a while after they left and water is extremely expensive in Franklin County, so that indirectly raised the cost of this service.

These guys are awesome! All of our gutters and skylights were clean in no time at all (check out that skylight before and after pic). Super professional and they explained everything fully. 10/10 will definitely be using them again

Brightview did a great job cleaning our gutters, roof and downspouts. Will definitely use them again. Great communication and clean up!

I was very impressed with Brightview's customer service and professionalism. Our home is about 2 years old and has gutter guards on the back side of the house, but a gutter/downspout on the front of the house that wasn't draining properly. Brightview cleared all of the gutters and gave special attention to the front gutter to clear it during their initial appointment. When it became apparent later during a heavy rain that it was still clogged, they came back and put a bit of extra effort in to make sure that it was properly cleared. The technicians are very polite and show up on time. I'll definitely call them again!!
