We just bought our first home and moved from our rental house. We had some contract work done on the new house that produced a lot of dust and debris, the previous owners had pets AND I have bad allergies to both. Our rental house needed to have carpets cleaned before the end of our contract. We had a tight schedule and STEAMPRO worked it all out! The work itself was thorough. We're very pleased.

Their customer service is unbelievably good. The technician discovered some issues with our duct cleaning that needed to be handled by other professionals. He communicated with one of the owners, Julie, who has walked me through all the follow up needed by other companies. She even called to see if I'd found someone. I'm happy to find out that they have so many services and they'll be first on my list to get estimates in the future. A real pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.

Update (10/2023): Used STEAMPRO again recently to clean our couch and two club chairs. They got stains out of our chairs that another cleaning service couldn't get close to! Everything looks new again. Thank you!

Update (12/2024): STEAMPRO did it again. One of my kids got a stomach bug and vomited all over one of our couches. Cleaned it up as best as I could but wasn't able to call for a cleaning for some time. Stain was horrible and sat for a long time. Technician wasn't confident it would come all the way out based on pictures. They sent one of the owners out saying "if anyone is going to get that stain out it will be him!" They were right! Even he was surprised at how well the stain came up! We're so pleased. Saved us from having to buy a new couch for sure.

Erica was very helpful in scheduling a duct cleaning. The technician arrived according to the scheduled time frame. We received good service. We will use them again.

If you have rugs that have any dirt and traffic areas, this is not the service for you. If you just need them refeshed or wet, sure. I have used them many times in the past and they were fine. Actually on same rugs. But this time our rugs didn't get cleaned right. The carpets didn't look clean or smelled like it either. They stink as if they just got wet 2 days later. Customer Service was good and they sent technician (nice guy) back and gave me a discount but few minutes on a big rug won't clean it right. First time literally spent 2 mins per rug. Even after second round I had to use our carper cleaner which cleaned them much better. I'm sad to leave this review. I probably will never use them again. I wish they would have told me they cannot be cleaned right so I didn't waste my time and money.

I have used SteamPro for many years to clean my carpets and they’ve always done an amazing job! I recently had them clean my gutters and install gutter sticks. I’m very happy with their quality of work and will use them in the future and will include new services….thank you Tony, Julie, Erica and the whole team!

Carpets have NEVER looked this good! I was overdue for having them cleaned (and having my dryer vent cleaned, too, which Joel also did for me) and I feel like I have a new house and a new lease on life as a result. From start to finish SteamPro outdid themselves. They are prompt respectful and diligent, traits that not all companies have. They did a fantastic job on all of our carpets and stairs. Would highly recommend them. Cant wait to have them clean wood floors
