STEAMPRO is an amazing service provider to work with. They're communicative, prompt, and they do an awesome job. We truly appreciate the service they've provided to us over the years.

We ha e used SteamPro since we moved here in 2021 and have been very satisfied. They are very thorough and do a fantastic job. We had our house exterior cleaned this Spring and it actually sparkles.

This is the carpet cleaning company to go with. From making the appointment via phone (which was a live person) to follow up texts for arrival this service was an A+!

We have used Steam Pro since we moved into a new house a few years ago. We didn’t have previous experience with carpet, and the technician came out and explained to me what to do when there are spills and stains. Most recently, one of the technicians came out for free, after a few spots reappeared. They are gone now! Excellent communication via phone and text. Great experience with customer service!

Excellent excellent excellent. I used this company a couple years ago in a rental house and was hoping I would have the same great result. I was not disappointed. I thought I was going to have to rip out my carpet due to pet stains. After Tony finished though the carpet looked brand new. This company is fast and professional and I highly recommend using them!

The mark of a great service provider is how well they recover from an error. Julie and Tony were great to deal with when the cleaning of our microfiber sectional sofa resulted in it looking worse than before. Within a couple of hours of being notified of the issue, Tony was back on site making things right.

In addition to the sofa, he did a really fine job of freshening our 25+ year old carpets as we ready our house for sale.

SteamPro cleaned our carpet after our move out. They did a very thorough job and brought back some old carpet back to life! They were very pleasant to work with and was able to schedule the cleaning quickly. We would definitely recommend SteamPro for your carpet cleaning needs!

I had a hallway with pet stains and two bedrooms cleaned. Great results and very informative service tech who did a great job. I will use them again for future couch and rug cleaning.

Great Results!

Made my house and patio look new! Was first experience with my house that’s (10) years old. Removed all pollen mildew, etc.
These people have great communication, day before, and an hour before they arrived! Left no mess. I highly recommend these folks!

SignCraft Solutions is a manufacturing facility so our carpets can get pretty dirty; Thanks to Tony and team from SteamPro our carpets are looking good and everything is thoroughly sanitized. We follow strict COVID guidelines to protect ourselves and our customers, but sometimes you need a pro. Steam Pro scheduled us right away, came when they said they would and worked around our needs. Organic products, no chemical smells just fresh & clean. Thanks for the great work SteamPro!

I had a wonderful experience working with STEAMPRO to power wash by deck, patio and pool cabana. What would have taken me many, many hours to clean myself took Tony and his team maybe about an hour and the area looks better than it ever has before. STEAMPRO was on time (early actually!), affordable, great at communicating with me (we initially needed to reschedule due to thunderstorms), and I am so happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend using them for their power washing services!

Not the best carpet cleaning. My carpet looks worse now that before. Maybe Its just my experience but the extra cost I paid for steam cleaning didn't provide the results promised in the advertisement. I waited to see if the carpet needed to dry more to look clean and it just doesn't look cleaner my carpet looks matted and dirty. The tech was really nice but only cleaned my 3 rooms for a total of 15 minutes.

Edit: I stand by my review. The company did reach out to me and I told them I had other appointments today and I could not accommodate them today. I understand that no one wants a bad review but the customer has a right to refuse or change dates of service because we are paying. In this modern age it seems companies care more about a review than good customer service. Anyone with a brain would know that its impossible to perform every job perfectly and there is always a chance a job will not satisfy a customer. This is one of those times. This review is not saying your company is bad my review states my experience was not up to my expectations. The representative was very nice but the carpet in my house is NOT clean. I selected your company based on your advertisement and I did not ask you for a refund and I don't intend to but my review stands. I am unimpressed with the service.

I am SO impressed with how my carpets look! I keep up with daily vacuuming and couldn't believe how much dirt and grime came out of my carpets! Tony was so professional, scheduling was quick and easy, and the service was quicker than I expected. Will definitely be calling them back before the holidays!
