We have used SteamPRO for our carpets over the last several years, and cannot think of any other company we would rather have take care of our carpets and rugs! This year, they also cleaned out our dryer vent, which was an added plus. We trust them and they provide great customer service. Would highly recommend!

This company was recommended to me from a friend who is also private client. I initially called for a quote and told him that I would get back with them to confirm. My day got busy and I totally forgot to confirm, however, they were still gracious enough to work me in. They made every effort to accommodate me at the last minute.
Ricardo was very respectful and attentive. He did a wonderful job Cleaning the carpets of two bedrooms that had awful stains on them.

First, I had exceptional customer service before, during and in an after service phone call. I wanted a MBR carpet steam cleaned but because it didn’t meet the minimum charge, in the initial call, we added 2 more rooms to meet the minimum. The two technicians arrived on time, were attentive to my concerns about newly refinished floors and carpeting on the stairs, were polite, efficient and thorough. The carpets look great. I highly recommend Steampro.

Reasonably priced and basically something I never have to think about again. They handle scheduling our cleanings and align it with our garbage day so it just gets done without us having to put in any effort. The cans smell and look fantastic. They even bring our cans back up the driveway for us when done. 1000% would recommend.

Nick responded quickly to my request and provided great information and got me on the schedule right away. He came out on Monday which is trash day and got my can looking and smelling like new. I highly recommend this service.

I was really so excited to find out that this was an actual service provided to homeowners in the Raleigh area. Every summer it gets really hot here and I hate the way my trashcan smells and I’ve even tried to clean it myself and it just is not fun. I just signed up for the Service and they did my first clean today and I am happy to have this done in the future.
