Gonzalez Tree Pros are reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced. The team does a great job leaving my property ready to use after they complete the work. They are very responsive to my needs and are easily accommodate specific requests. You can't go wrong with Gonzalez Tree Pros!

The estimate process was easy. However, the end result was not as described in the contract. The workers did not remove the trees nor cut them down into smaller pieces and put in the back of my property as had been agreed upon. When I texted and called before the men left, they were told to put the downed trees back away from the property. They did move them and cut them some but they did not put them where we had agreed upon. So now it's an eyesore. I would not have gone with the company had I known they wouldn't follow through. I had already mentioned that the first company didn't do what they said which is why I was having to hire someone else. The trees are down, but not disposed of properly.

I can’t say enough good things about Gonzalez Tree Service Pros. From the professional response from Jose’ who came and provided the estimate, to the friendly and efficient office staff, and most of all to the team of 7 tree trimming experts who amazed me with their enthusiasm and skillful ability. These guys took down two huge trees, a black walnut tree that had been fused or grafted with an elm tree as well as a separate Ironwood tree in three hours, and cleaned up all the scraps, leaving very little for us to do to return our back yard to normal. It became clear from the beginning that this team had safety as a priority. Huge sections of these 30 plus feet high trees were cut, secured with ropes, and safely lowered to the ground. You would think that so much emphasis on safety would slow them down, but not so. This team operated as an organized and well oiled machine. I will happily recommend Gonzalez Tree Service to anyone.

They showed up on time, worked together as a team, cut down what we requested (plus an additional one that we decided on last minute), ground the stumps and cleaned up the mess. A+!

Great experience with Gonzalez Tree Pros. My husband and I thought we could remove out diseased tree on our own and quickly realized it is a much bigger project than we imagined. After a quick call to Gonzalez Tree Pros, we continued communication to schedule and clarify our needs via text which was incredibly helpful. They were also available via text while the tree removal was going on. They arrived even earlier than expecte which was VERY helpful and they were done withing 20 mins. We had 11 large trees removed and multiple stumps ground down. The price was great per tree. The crew was efficient and took care to not damage other trees remaining. Took time to clean up at the end. My neighbor even then decided to use them the following day for multiple large trees that required a crane. I was so impressed with the precision. We plan to use them again in the fall to remove more trees in the front yard.

On 3/14/24 I contacted three tree removal companies who service Alamance Co. One in Elon, one in Burlington, and one in Wake Forest. The two local companies (Elon & Burlington) still have not responded back to me as of today 3/20/24. Jose of Gonzalez Tree Pros contacted me on the same day of my inquire being 3/14/24. He asked for pics of my yard needs and we arranged a meeting for an estimate at on 3/18/24. I felt the price was very fair so I approved the online estimate that I was sent and Jose said he would fit me in for the work to be completed when their schedule allowed it Jose messaged me on 3/19/24 and asked if the tree removal crew could come out on 3/20/24. They were at my house at 8:45am. A team of about 6 gentleman. They trimmed and removed some smaller dead trees problem trees and removed one rather large tree that was a threat to my shed, and cleared overgrown brush and thistle along the side and back of my yard. They worked with swift precision and never stopped while doing the work. The crew cleaned as they cleared the land areas and I just could not believe what they accomplished in so little time. By 10:30am, they had finished with the removal and clearing and by 10:45am they had finished cleaning up wherever needed. The crew was professional and polite and their work was amazing. I did not get any other estimates as I stated above but this was my best well spent money that I have paid for home/yard improvement, ever. If you want great work done with fast response, result & cleanup, you need to call Gonzalez Tree Pros and Crane. You won’t be disappointed.

We were extremely satisfied with this service! They had 7 guys come out and completed the job in 3 hours. They were responsible, respectful and cleaned up everything. They were a 10-10 in my book. Nothing but high praise for this company and service. Took out a gum & ivy oak in under 2.5hrs and left like they were never there, with how amazing the clean up looks.

This crew did a great job. I had 4 trees removed and another 4 or 5 trimmed. 3 of those removed were leaning over the edge of the roofline, one of those trimmed was over the power service line into the house. With a large bucket truck and some tree climbing they completed the work in a day with zero damage to property or persons. I feel like the price was reasonable for the amount of work and risk taken. I should also add that they scheduled the work within only a couple of days and stuck to the estimate provided. I would definitely call them back for any future needs.

These guys begin their work at the unneighborly hour of 7am everyday so if you are new to your neighborhood, I suggest not using them as your first impression. They also do not answer the phone.

Want your neighbors to experience the sheer terror of a massive truck with wood chipper driving down the street at more than double the speed limit while their children play in the front yard? These are your guys! Everyone else... Please avoid.

Do not hire - find another company. Their tree technicians can’t tell the difference between alive and dead limbs. Very poor experience working with Bobby Anderson/Little Squirrels.
