Hugely impressed with the value and professionalism of Bobby and his crew, who just removed three pine trees (200-300ft tall) from behind my house for a very fair price. Should I have any future tree removal need's, I will call him first.

In particular, I was hugely impressed that: 1) Bobby and crew showed up promptly at 7 and got to work without forcing me to answer the door. 2) A boom truck was required but plywood was laid to protect my grass. 3) Before leaving Bobby's crew used leaf blowers to remove all saw dust and make grass look undamaged.

Bobby's team seemed very organized and experienced. Bobby himself is a very relaxed and professional businessman. My entire experience dealing with him was easy and fairly priced.

Incredibly frustrating experience with this tree service company. I do not recommend them at all. A week after they came out and supposedly cleaned up unhealthy limbs on our trees this happened to the car. This branch fell from the tree that we specifically asked them to take care of. When we called to address it with them they took no responsibility and did not handle the situation well at all.

Bobby and his crew did a great job removing a few large trees last summer. We were so happy with their work that we're using them again for some different issues this year. I highly recommend them!

I was originally scheduled for a later date, but he had a cancellation and called several days in advance to see if they could get started early. The crew that came to my house was outstanding. They were skilled, efficient and left the property very clean after removing twice o large and somewhat complicated trees. Not only that, but their quote was the most competitive and they completed the work in one day, compared to other companies who indicated that the job would take 3 days. My first experience with TSR was a very good one. We had a 12 day window from the city of Durham for them to take care of our stump grinding needs. They showed up the first day and did a great job. The job was well done and they cleaned the work area and raked it out to look like nothing had been done. We were fortunate to arrive home prior to the job completion and able to have some additional work done at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan for an future needs.

TSR did everything I expected and much more! On time, deliberately worked to shield debris from flying across the yard, cleaned the area 20 feet out from around each stump and leveled the stump areas in such a way that it was safe to immediately mow overtop of the areas. The workers were very respectful and moved with purpose to get the job done expeditiously. Hiring TSR is both worry and hassle free! I highly recommend you make the call, tell them what you want done and then relax, knowing with confidence that when they leave your lawn will still be a candidate for yard of the month! (4 stumps removed totaling approximately 130 inches across)
