Had the opportunity to use DGI Appliance Repair this week and they were awesome! We had a leak with our washing machine, another repair company recommended we replace the 3 year old washer, however DGI was able to diagnose and do the needed repairs in a very timely and affordable way! They answered all our questions, showed up when they stated they would and did an excellent job. They are now my go to place for all my appliance need. Thank you DGI!

We called DGI Appliance Repair Inc. for repairing our dishwasher as the door will get opened automatically mostly during heating cycle.
DGI arrived on time and he was courteous and respectful: He explained the issues clearly and offered viable solutions for the problems.

DGi appliance repair has the best customer service in town! I have a custom spot in my island for my microwave, and my discontinued microwave broke. Dimitry did all he could to fix it! Very efficient and professional! They ordered the parts and when the microwave still didn’t work, he took the parts back at no charge. He went above and beyond when he measured the custom space and called the office where Inessa researched microwaves that could fit. Thank you Dimitry and Inessa! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any major appliance repairs!

Dmitriy was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our broken washer. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much insight into how we can protect our appliances and home. He was extremely honest and actually recommended we replace the washer vs him repairing it. While he easily could, it would cost us more in the long run. We so appreciate his honest and help. The booking was easy and they were super communicative about their arrival. We will use DGI for all of our household appliance needs. We highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from DGI Appliance. My dishwasher stopped draining, and they came to the rescue quickly. The technician, Dmitriy, was punctual, professional, and  knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the part needed for the repair on hand. Highly recommend!

Demitri and DGi were amazing to work with. Our dishwasher refill valve was clogged and filling up the basin, which caused leaking, he was able to replace the valve and correct the issue rather quickly. He also noticed the electrical was beginning to fray, and was able to fix that as well, in essence saving us from having to purchase a new d/w. Two days later the dishwasher went completely dead. Without hesitation, they were able to squeeze us into their schedule immediately. Demitri came back and found an unrelated issue and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! I cannot recommend DGI enough. He's upstanding, honest, and incredibly easy to work with.

Great experience. DGI was honest, reliable and easy to schedule. DGI fixed my microwave/oven combo unit at a competitive price. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide a ballpark quote over the phone based on questions and answers. Other companies wanted to charge $99+ just to give a quote.
