Our washing machine’s drain pump went out and needed to be replaced, so we called DGi Appliance Repair. Dmitriy came out, assessed the situation, and very quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed drain pump. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t immediately available and had to be ordered—but Dmitriy got it in quickly and came back to complete the repair within a couple of days.

What really stood out was that this all happened while he was working around one of the biggest snowstorms the Charlotte area has seen in over twenty years. Despite that, communication was great and the job was completed promptly and professionally.

Dmitriy is extremely friendly, honest, and straightforward. No upselling, no runaround—just solid, reliable work. I would absolutely recommend DGi Appliance Repair to anyone who needs appliance repairs in their home.

I highly recommend DGiAppliance and Demitri as well as the lady doing the scheduling. She is great at troubleshooting questions, the communication is amazing to time lines, he's on his way, etc. Dimitri is very knowledgeable as well as a good teacher and provides good information for maintenance and all things related. From first phone call to the repair, this has been a really nice experience. Dimitri was out today, we found him to be knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He fixed our double oven problem and gave us some good advice about appliances. We would definitely recommend his service, and we will certainly be using this company in the future!

Dimitri came out to replace the drain pump on my washing machine yesterday, and the service was excellent. We felt prioritized considering the bad snow and ice storm. No problem with the scheduling and showing up right on time. He was very personable and friendly. When it came to the trouble shooting of the high-tech machine I could tell he was very experienced. 5 stars! Dimitri was referred to me by a contractor. Appointment set up was easy and follow up communication was terrific. Dimitri showed up on time, was professional and courteous. My pilot light issue on my range was resolved, clean up perfect, and fee quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Dimitri and DGI!

My stove was not working. I called DG Appliance and Demetri was able to come to my house within a few days. While he was here he gave me other tips about a gas oven that I didn’t know and it was very important and potentially dangerous. He was so personable and knowledgeable about all applications! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Please call this company for all appliance issues!

Wow! This was the absolute best service I have ever received from an appliance repair company. DGI Appliance Repair was very quick to respond and worked with me and my difficult schedule. Dmitriy was quick to determine the problem with my Dishwasher & my microwave. Parts were ordered, and I was contacted as soon as they arrived. Installing the new parts took only minutes! He only did what needed to be done and helped save me money. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!
