Had a great experience overall. When I called, I got voicemail but Inessa called back within the hour. She was great and had us on the schedule that week. She also called to let us know when DG was 10 minutes out from our house.
DG was knowledgeable and walked me through the whole repair which was great. He also let me know a few things about our dryer that would help it work more efficiently. He had the part on hand for the repair and the cost was reasonable.

Dmitriy and his staff were quick to respond to my call regarding my washing machine. He came out the same day I called, assessed what the machine needed, quickly went to get the part and the next day my washer was working! He even helped with my garbage disposal…. He was very pleasant to do business with and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I did end up having to go with a new washing machine, however it would have cost me more or just about the same to fix it and he was honest about that with that said he even waived his trip fee...
