Alex and Zach at Carolina Terrain are great. True professionals from a business standpoint and definitely experts at their craft. Very responsive in their communications and their invoicing and quotes are easy to read, straight forward and accurate.
They took care of some drainage problem areas for me near the front of my house. They were on time, neat, courteous of the property and most importantly they took care of the problem. They even reduced the price due to material they didn’t use. Definitely looking forward to using them on the next project.

It is amazing what Zac, Alex and their team did at our property over the course of 5 days. They took our poorly draining, minimally useful landscape, fixed all of the issues, and made it beautiful. It's been almost 2 months since they finished their work and I still stare at it in disbelief every time I go outside. I can't say enough about their patience and willingness to design a plan and timeline that met our needs and budget. They are very thorough and meticulous in their work and clean up. Alex and Zack kept us well informed throughout the process of our project. The crew provided us text notifications prior to their arrival, and are very professional. Several other companies provided us estimates, but when we tried
coordinating the project, they hesitated to provide a start date. Carolina Terrain met our needs every step along the way, and we strongly recommend them for your projects. We will be using them again.

Deserve 10 stars!! Turned my backyard nightmare into a beautiful place! They were great to work with and addressed any concerns that I had immediately. JP and Adrian were such hard workers and left worksite clean everyday. Scope of work involved drainage issues, erosion issues, hard scape, the most beautiful flagstone walkway, small paver patio, irrigation, bringing in dirt ,lighting, planting plants, laying sod, power washing. Project completed on schedule even with rain days. We will be lifetime customers !!

Terrific experience from first contact to final installation! Carolina Terrain just completed our large back yard project, and I am so pleased with the quality of their work. They removed dead plants, prepped the beds, planted the new plants, and lastly laid sod & mulch. The attention to detail, such as edging the beds and revising the irrigation system, demonstated the high quality of their workmanship. In addition, I was very impressed with the timely and honest communication with co-owner Zach Hyman. He ensured that I was apprised of the work schedule and project milestones, thoroughly answered my questions, made recommendations to address a few minor challenges that arose during the project and connected regularly while the team was onsite. I will definitely use Carolina Terrain again.

This was the first time using a professional landscaping company in a long time for me. When I first met Alex and Zac I could tell they were different than your average landscaping company. They took the time to explain options, made suggestions based on my particular yard, soil and never pressured us. They helped us change out a lot of original builder grade material in our yard, moved a tree to a better location and planted much better options for us. Great work from an excellent company. I would highly recommend Carolina Terrain.
