I called in because my heating and air conditioning system was going out. Sergio came out to look at it the same day, and was able to to both diagnose and resolve the issue. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the service, and I paid a very reasonable price for it. I decided to go ahead and get on the maintenance plan since it will cover future problems like the one I had. I definitely recommend calling Home Town first for your HVAC needs.

AC repair guy is professional and responded very well. He is on time and focused on work to repair. I would recommend him for any AC repair work. High quality work and I really like his work.

Super friendly and helpful. Sergio came out a couple hours after I called him. We had more issues than we originally thought , but Sergio worked quickly and diligently to get them fixed before the hot weather arrived. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Upon arriving back in town from a short trip this Summer we discovered that our A/C system was not working. My wife found Hometown Heating and Air and I immediately reached out. Even though it was after hours and I was expecting an answering machine Sergio answered and scheduled to come out the next morning. He found that a short had occurred in the electrical system and showed us pictures of the damaged part. The part needed to be ordered but Sergio was able to make a temporary repair that kept us cool until the part arrived.

I have reached out to Sergio for help on numerous occasions since this first service call. He has been very responsive every time.

It feels great to have a dependable and honest A/C company that I know I can trust. I have no intention of using any other A/C company.

Sergio and his team were awesome. I was having issues with my home warranty and their service provider for my furnace. Sergio and his team came out, correctly assessed my furnace and fixed the issue within 24 hours of me talking with him and requesting service. Also, they gave me an awesome estimate on replacing my furnace if it was something I chose to do at a later date. Honesty, great customer service and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them for any of my furnace and a/c issues.

We bought a new construction home in South Carolina, and although our inspector didn't find any issues with the HVAC system, we called this company for a second opinion. They discovered a drainage leak and blocked vents, which they fixed quickly and efficiently—much better than our builder.

Last year, they installed a dehumidifier in our attic HVAC system. Their prices were very competitive, and the installation was seamless. The dehumidifier has greatly improved our home’s comfort and air quality.

For two years now, we’ve relied on their excellent service to prepare for summer and winter. We highly recommend them for maintaining and extending the life of new equipment.

Sergei is courteous, professional, and friendly. He came out to our house on a Saturday at night to fix our AC on a day when it was 92 degrees outside and 80 degrees in our house and rising quickly. Sergei worked quickly and had our AC back up and running in minutes. His price was very fair. We will be calling him for maintenance and any repairs and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Excellent service.

I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to share feedback based on the service I received from Siarhei with Next HVAC! On a Sunday morning a dead tree limb struck my out side condenser and the fan blades were grinding in the walls on the unit. I quickly turned the unit off and started Googling HVAC companies in my area. I have not had a trustworthy HVAC company for years and I was panicking. I called Next HVAC and Siarhei not only answered the phone but was on my property in less than 2 hours! He was polite, professional and quickly made the repair at a great price! Thank you Siarhei! Next HVAC is definitely quality service support you can rely on.
We had an issue with ventilation on Sunday’s second half of the day and still received a support on the same day. But the main issue is that during the inspection of our system I definitely understood that Siarhei is professional and if I ever will face any problem with conditioning system, without any doubt I will call only Next HVAC!

I had Next Hvac moving my ac unit from the back of the house to the side. They went above and beyond executing the service. When other companies would do the easier way, they made sure to the best way. They worked on passing all the pipes through the attic and the garage where it is not visible. The results were fantastic. They kept me informed on every step they were taking. I recommend 100% them.

Outstanding and professional service.
Our AC stopped working, I called several places and they said they’ll get back to me. It’s been 2 hot days..was still waiting on a call back.. A friend of mine recommended Next Hvac, so I called and Siarhei showed up the same day. He was polite and professional, looked at the system, diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts - all in the same day. In a few days, he came with the new parts, put them in and within one hour AC was back on and working. Very happy with the service. Will call him again for routine/seasonal maintenance.

Honesty and transparency, don’t find that too often. He’s the only one i turn to anymore. One guy quoted me 12k and he fixed it for 600 and walked me through entire process.

I contacted Next HVAC at 8:45 pm to evaluate and repair our upstairs air conditioning that stopped working, when they were able to fit us in this week. The owner came out to our house within 20 minutes, at the end of what must have been a very long work day considering the present heat wave, and our air conditioning is now repaired at a very reasonable cost less than an hour later. I would give a 10 star rating if I could. Outstanding customer service!

Sergei did a fantastic job diagnosing an air conditioner that was no longer working, as well as repairing it. He arrived the same day that I contacted him for the diagnosis, quickly found the problem, and took pictures to explain what was going wrong. I wound up needing a new coil, which he was able to get expedited shipping from the manufacturer and replaced under warranty. He was able to install the new coil the day after he received it, and did so with great attention to detail and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Sergei and Next HVAC for any of your HVAC needs!

Siarhei from NextHVAC helped us with our heating and air conditioning system. He came right away when we called and found that our heater's heat exchanger was cracked and explained that our AC was nearing the end of its life, making it a good time to replace both.
